I bought a 2016 LTZ CHEVY SUBURBAN FROM THIS COMPANY NOT 60 days ago check engine light pops on Mike tells me probably the o2 sensors no problem we will fix it for you!!! I can’t get Mike or Sam ( The owner to Answer the Phone) the CATALYTIC CONVERTER FUEL INJECTORS ARE BAD TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ON LAST SAT. No integrity no Accountability Absolutely AWFUL PLEASE RUN DONT WALK FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I saw a car I liked online got to the dealership and noticed they had my dream car 2013 bmw 351 I inquired inside with Diana and I explained my credit history was not good due to previous bad lifestyle choices and she told me it doesn’t matter as long as I’m making good decisions now she could help me get a car and fix my credit …she got me approved for MY DREAM CAR I couldn’t believe it picked the car up the next day there are a few minor issues being it’s a used car and they were more than willing to help me they are fixated on making sure everything I need to feel good about making this purchase is seen too I give them 5 stars not only for for service but for transparency about the type of loan interest rates how to avoid paying all the interest I can tell they care about helping people not just getting the sale also Mr. Settle was a really nice helpful man too he worked financial magic even put some gas in the car and washed it (going back for a full detail this week they were a little busy and I was eager to take the car) I highly highly recommend talking to anyone from universal if you need a car you might end up with your dream car you never know thanks guys for your help and I mean that sincerely

Just bought my first car. I give thanks to the Sales Manager, Diana Beltran and the Finance Officer Sherdon Settle. They were so helpful and knowledgeable on not only the type of car that was right for me but help me get financed. It was a great experience and I’m blessed to officially own my first car!

I bought a car from here 3 years ago a 2011 blue Chevy Cruze 6spd. It broke down on the way home the day I bought it. I took it back and asked for my money back. I had the vehicle checked by my mechanic and went back with a list of what was wrong. The numerous codes that came up were a telltale sign of a sketchy establishment. I was told I didn’t owe anything else on the vehicle and they would give me the title by the owner. I still don’t have it. They stopped taking my calls. The tire garage next door to them is also corrupt as I was sent there for the dry rotted tires to be fixed. All they did was put some kind of sealant around the rims. It cost me $3000 to make the vehicle road worthy and safe. Just to name a couple of things 1) vacuum leak 2) lug nuts were all too big 3) dry rotted tires 4) severe oil leak. There’s much much more. How this business is still operating is beyond me. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy any vehicles from this questionable company. They take advantage of people. I’m literally still trying to get my title.

Was horrible. I would never recommend. I thought it was a decent place and was happy at first but when there was a paperwork issue I asked if I could bring the car back to the lot to wait for paperwork to be fixed. Was told no do not bring car back..I asked mutiple times. A few days later paperwork still not right I asked again do they need the car back at the lot till paperwork was settled they said no just bring the car in so they could take some photos...should have known that was a lie. Took car in same day as asked had my son and father with me. They pulled in behind the car blocked me in and fought with me about allowing me to make arrangements to take the car home get my other car and bring this one back they had no issue with the fact I was stuck there with my family. My issue was I had asked multiple times did the car need to come back till paperwork was sorted out...if they had just said yes then it would have been no issue. They did finally let me leave and go get my other car and bring that one back but that was only after I requested to speak to someone other then the sales people who had blocked me in. I left car there and lost my down payment. I would rather loss my down payment then ever deal with the shady people at this establishment. ******If you look most reviews are written the same and it's bc the sales people write them...they asked me to pull up the review page and wrote it...at the time is was ok bc I was happy when I first left but once you sign for that car they don't care at all about you.

Richard was a pleasure to work with from the day I walked in, I had to return in a day but when I can back he summed up a truck for me based off what I told him I was looking for. I had some issues on my end and he quickly got Micheal and Edward on top off it they worked miracles they are all a pleasure to work with between the 3 of them I was able to get a really nice truck .they not only sell cars they change lives would highly recommend
