“Kelly Puffinburger went above and beyond me. Down to Earth and personable. She showed me both units I agreed on the one that was best for me! Fantastic price and honesty are qualities I look for. Also the bathroom is close and clean! Dina was also very kind when I spoke with her on the phone and tried to get me to a closer unit to the door as I mentioned I would be coming and going about twice a week. Impressed with the customer servide and kindness. I also chose this comany specifically because thy have loghts in their unit.”
“I needed short-term storage, so my review is based on a few months of usage. But during that time I needed to interact with local staff as well as remote staff. They all were excellent! Very helpful, very calm & just very professional. Our unit (and the surrounding area) was very clean. The cost to rent was very competitive. As the need arises, I'll go back to them every time!”

“Can’t say enough good things about Herb who helped me with a U-Haul truck. When I showed up to pick up my truck Herb looked at the contract and was able to save me a ton of money by making it a round trip vs one-way. He also went out of his way to show me the features of the truck and even gave me his personal cell to call if there were any issues. Definitely recommend.”

“At this location they did not have One-way drop off . I sent $80 in gas to drive the trailer back to U-haul and to return back home. Not with it when you ok at the cost of gas to do this.”
