“My trip towing my car with a 26ft from TN. To VA was great. When I loaded my car back onto the trailer to turn in the safety cables and brake cable both broke when the tongue came off the hitch although it was pinned. My car almost went off the from of the trailer into the truck. I also found out the truck had a significant water leak inside the box part where my stuff was. Although I had these issues I would choose Penske over U-Haul any day.”
