“The woman who works here on a regular basis (the one at the cashier tonight 1/23 6pm) is one of the coolest people. She is so welcoming, friendly, great sense of humor. Just her conversations are wonderful. Don't know how she manages to be so efficient and knowledgeable AND likeable. This woman deserves the best. Highly recommend this 711 solely because of her presence”
“Great place, great service. The ladies have gotten to know me over the past 3 or 4 years so we'll, when I go to get the wife some cigarettes, they see me pull up they already have two packs waiting for me at the checkout. When their not swamped with customers they take time to speak with you, they have such a great rapport with people. The ladies who have been there these past 4 years should all be recommended for customer service awards and a bonus. They are great representatives of your company. I've been in upper management before and if I was again they would be my Star employees.”
“Absolutely adore the new owners! Off-beat selection, a little pricey but the norm for convenience stores so close to Lake Anna, friendly staff. Since the ownership change there have been many staffing changes which have slowed service sometimes but the friendly cashiers make up for the delays with smiles and small talk. There is a very down home feel to this place which is a complete 180 compared to the previous owners who were rude to say the least.”
“Love this place. Come here about once a week but first time doing a review. Nice little convenience shop west of the busy streets of Courthouse and Route 3. We really enjoy it here and have everything we need from a convenience perspective. The staff are friendly. They do actually sell food here during the week and we plan to try it. It is recommended that you order ahead. Give this place a shot!”
“Mama’s Kitchen is a hidden gem! Nina is SO nice, and you must get her empanadas, trust me on this, you have to get at least 2. I can’t decide if I like the beef or chicken more. It comes with hot sauce and a sweet sauce, I like to mix both. This is out of my way, but I don’t mind supporting a local business that takes pride in making such delicious food.”
