I ran into CVS at 20 minutes before closing. I was rushing about to grab 11 items. An associate saw me struggling to find an item and offered to assist me. I apologized for coming in at the last minute and told him I'll be quick. He smiled and assured me it wasn't a problem. He helped me find not one but two items I was looking. After grabbing my last item, I came up to the front to checkout. I asked him and his associate if they'd prefer I use self checkout and they told me they'd be happy to assist me. Then my card declined and they were both patient as I dug threw my wallet to find another one. I really appreciate great customer service. These associates were awesome. There's nothing better than service with a smile. Thanks guys.

The pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to.They all have attitudes and are rude . I needed my prescription filled when I went to get it. They told me they had eight minutes before they had to go on lunch and it couldn’t be filled because they didn’t have enough time to put it in the system, and they had an attitude about it Then she told me they sent a message saying they didn’t have it and I told her to show me on my phone where the message was because it wasn’t there and she said well it wasn’t her problem I will never come back here again good

Pharmacy shuts down for Golden Corral, ridiculous tiny bit of management knows you don't shut down service, perhaps work-in a phased lunch schedule to service folks that need their prescriptions. Oh and fix the lotto machine its not reading my tickets. Golly what a complete fail 2 for 2. Google reviews for this establishment is 2.1 i wonder why but ya'll won't care. All you can eat buffet.

On Tuesday, 1/23 around 6:38 pm, I visited the CVS pharmacy at 10000 Patriot Hwy in Fredericksburg. I was in a hurry, i wanted a quick consult from the pharmacist about a pediatric ocular saline solution. When the older white woman pharmacist approached the counter, she appeared visibly scared, maintaining as much distance as she could from me. Worse yet, her answer to my question was short, dismissive, condescending, and flat out insulting.My concern is if she is so afraid of her own clientele and is so devoid of any ounce of professionalism, she is therefore not suitable for a role involving public service.

Workers are rude, unprofessional, and don’t know what to do with their job. The pharmacist is always helpful and nice but some of the other workers. I have a problem every time I pick up my prescriptions.

I have been coming to this particular CVS since I moved to Virginia from NY 10 years ago. Adam and Corday are always very kind and helpful and the manager I can’t remember her name ?? Keep up the good work it does not go unnoticed!

The worst CVS pharmacy I've dealt with. They are always late to fill prescriptions, taking several hours each time, have lost prescriptions, and when you get there they move super slow and will take 15 minutes per person to find their prescription... meanwhile I'll see people working in the pharmacy doing nothing but joking around.

Worst pharmacy in the county. They've been through multiple pharmacists. Will fill prescriptions when they get around to it. No sense of urgency and only excuses to offer. Go literally anywhere else.

The people seem like they want to argue and cause problems instead of offering solutions. Staff seems pushy and rude in pharmacy.

My Dr will call in prescriptions they say they never get them, that is not the truth. So folks it's not the Dr not sending it in. It's the pharmacy not doing their job. They aren't friendly, they make up their own hours I don't trust them filling my prescriptions. This CVS pharmacy has been our pharmacy since CVS was built. We have moved on will never use this pharmacy again it's a shameI miss when Dennis and Patel were the pharmacist!! Their entire staff was excellent and would alert us if medications shouldn't be taken together. Everything was dependable and felt clean.This review is for CVS Courtland

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. Always an issue with medication either being filled when it’s supposed to be or improper handling of medication.
