I found a car that I really liked and the price was pretty great. A day later the check engine light came on, I had a computer hooked to it and there was multiple things wrong with it. Ended up replacing the map sensor, spark plugs (not too bad or pricey) but since someone let the spark plugs burn up the coil pack burned up too so I had to replace that. Ohhhh and then the idling of the car was horrible and I had that looked at and the cover valve had gone bad. Fast forward two weeks later (yesterday) my clutch is now completely burned out, (yes I know how to drive a manual) had to get someone to tow the car to a shop. By time I get my car back later this week I would have put another $1,000 into the car that on the website and the owner said himself was "in great condition nothing wrong with it." And my aunt told me that it happened to her friend last year, where she bought what was supposed to be a great car and not even a month later she had to drop almost 2 grand into it. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We purchased a 2007 falsely advertised they said it was 4wd come to find out it is fwd. We purchased it on a Friday evening 3 weeks ago and they said dmv was closed and they’d have the title to vehicle mailed to me on Monday (3 weeks ago). Still no titled called on Monday guy said I’ll mail it off tomorrow. Tried calling back numerous times, left messages-no response. I feel like they are ignoring my calls due to having caller Id. Went on dmv to have title replaced they haven’t even switched it into my name. Temporary tags will be dead in 10 days. Extremely unhappy. I will be contacting va motor vehicle dealer board.

I came here on a Saturday around noon and the guy that owns the place wasn't there. Someone that said he was the owners friend was there and said the owner would be here in 10 minutes. Atiq came 30 minutes later and didn't apologize for being two hours late. I test drove a car and we made an appointment to finish paperwork the next day, since they are open by appointment only sundays. It's a good thing I called him Sunday morning to reconfirm the appointment because he sold the car without telling me. I understand he sold the car but he didn't bother to call me and cancel out appointment and I would have driven two hours to their store and found no one. Don't waste your time here

I drove an hour to this place from MD. I test drove a vehicle that caught my attention and during the test drive the check engine light blinked. I asked the sales person if the engine was ok. He said it was fine and that it only needed new spark plugs. So I believed him (stupid me) and bought the car (with a 30 day extended warranty/$100 extra). I drove it back home and when I was near home, the check engine light stayed on. Being that it was just “spark plugs”, I bought new ones and took it to my nearest mechanic. In the mean time I went to the DMV and registered the car while it was getting inspected as well. So I paid around $3,800 for an 03 Acura MDX, by the time I was done registering it I had spent about $4,300... The mechanic calls me and tells me the vehicle failed inspection. He said it had a blown head gasket and that it was gonna cost $4,900 to repair (new engine). I called the extended warranty people and I was declined. My claim was declined because the salesperson from where I bought it from (Auto Next) said “he bought it with the check engine light on”.... I was furious... The vehicle purchase wasn't 30 days old yet, so I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails in hope of working out a deal with them for some type of refund.. I never got a call back and now I'm stuck with a useless vehicle in my driveway. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
Drive 1 hour from Maryland to reach this car dealer. When you arrive take a car on a test drive. While they were driving the car, the engine light flashed at me. I asked the car salesman if the engine was okay and he told me it just needed new spark plugs. Well, I believed it (like the fool I was!) and bought the car (with a 30-day/$100 extended warranty). On the way home (1 hour) when I approached my home, the engine light stayed on. Well, since I only needed new “spark plugs,” I bought them and took the car to my local shop. While the car was in the shop for inspection, I went to register it. At this time he has already invested $4,300 in the car. Well, the mechanic calls me and tells me that the car did not pass the inspection. He told me that the engine head gasket was blown and that I needed a new engine. The repairs were going to cost $4,900. Well, I made a claim for the extended warranty and they denied it. It was denied because the car salesman told him that I bought the car with the engine light on. At this point, it had not yet passed 30 days of purchase. So I called the car salesman several times and left several messages to reach an agreement. But they never called me back and now I have an unused vehicle in my driveway. DO NOT BUY HERE! DO NOT BUY HERE!

Oct 10, 2017. I called three times with no answer, so I decided to take the hour and twenty minute ride to there place as both google and their website had them open. 1246pm, I arrive to find them closed. No note or sign on the door to indecate why they were closed, except a missed package by FedEx. So I left a voice mail and left. Apparently my wife left a voicemail as well as they called her to say they went to go get a part. I called them back shortly afterwards to go to voicemail again. Their hours are different than what's online, and the vehicle had a higher price tag on it then what was listed online.
