Andrew Flusche and his team, Shelley and Dawn, were absolutely amazing! From the moment I contacted the firm, I immediately received a call back. I was very upset and Dawn listened to me. She was very kind, caring & compassionate! That was my first indication I was with the right firm for my specific problem.
Andrew was so honest with his assessment of my plight. He was clear to tell me EVERYTHING I needed to do prior to my court date. When I had any questions, my emails were answered almost immediately either by Andrew or his team.
On the day of court, I was obviously very emotional and nervous! Andrew took control and he presented my case in such a positive manner that the Judge reduced my charge and I was very grateful!!
Bottom line, I hope I never have an issue like this again in my life. If I ever did, I would absolutely hire Andrew Flusche and his team again. They went over and above and the outcome was very favorable. I would recommend Andrew to anyone needing representation without hesitation.

These guys were great. Im From Mass and got a reckless driving charge while traveling through VA. (Coming home from Disney on my honeymoon after 11hours straight of driving) As soon as i got home i googled the lawyers in the area i was being charged in and they came up quickly with all these great reviews and went with them. Definitely a great choice, Ryan Fitzgerald (11/10 highly recommend) called and basically told me not to worry about it and gave me advice and what to do like take a simple online driving school course that only took a couple of hours And that was it, they took care of everything else. They were honest about the potential outcome and told me what they would be able to get given my driving history and they were spot on. They made me feel so relieved about the case i was stressing about that i completely forgot about it until they called me to give me any updates they had and that they were ready to go to court. They told me I did not need to show up either which was the best part. Saved me a 8 hour drive just 1 way to go to court so early in the morning. They called me that after noon and was able to reduce the reckless driving charge down to a simple speeding ticket and a small fine. I don't plan on ever traveling through VA again after that but if i do and anymore trouble they are my go too for sure! Worth every penny!!

I truly thought I was going to get a bad outcome for my reckless driving case. But it was no where near that! I was driving over 100 mph, something I will never do again. Anyway, with Andrew as my lawyer I walked away with only a $500 fine, and an improper driving charge, no jail, no reckless driving, and most importantly I still have my CDL license. I would definitely work with Andrew again and would recommend him to anyone with a traffic violation.

Andrew and Ryan are fantastic - I was referred to them by a trusted friend and Ryan took my case. No problems, everything laid out immediately, clear instructions, and then got the call that everything went the way I was hoping for in court. the staff were very kind and answered all my questions and responded fast! Mr. Flusche was responsive from the minute I called his office. He and his staff treated me like family. All my calls were answered immediately. When I called for a consultation, his responses to my questions were sincere. In turn, I decided to obtain his services. The price was perfect. Today, Mr. Flusche went to court on my behalf. He was incredible...my case was dismissed. Mr. Flusche promptly called and left me a voicemail to explain the results. Then he followed up with an email. I highly recommend Mr. Flusche and his staff.

I hired Andrew Flusche for my traffic court case and he exceeded my expectations. I went in terrified and having him there calmed my nerves. I am very satisfied and happy, I would gladly hire him again if needed. If you’re looking for a lawyer but having a hard time choosing, go with Andrew! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Andrew Flasche is the best lawyer ever!! He was so incredibly helpful and patient with me! Andrew put my mind at ease and was able to get me the least possible penalty - just a small fine and nothing went on my driving record. That is amazing! I am forever grateful to Andrew! Andrew is amazing ! I’m a single mom and small business owner who got a major ticket (reckless) passing through Fredericksburg. I spoke with a couple of lawyers before finding Andrew and each of them told me that the judge who would be reviewing my case was tough and to prepare for the worst, however Andrew helped me to get the best case scenario.
Before hiring him, he gave me great advice and suggestions, which is what prompted me to proceed with having him as my lawyer. His team was quick to respond and make sure everything was in place and ready for court. The day of court, I can confirm that the judge was indeed a tough cookie as I had been warned. He did in fact send people (who had also attained lawyers) to jail for the same traffic offense that I was facing, yet I ended up with a different result. I’m very pleased with my outcome. Thank you Andrew and team for all of your help !
