I stored my boat here for a few months and had an enjoyable experience. If you are looking for year round storage this is a great option. I paid for 3 months up front and at the end went in to pay for another month since we were going to extend the boating season. There was no mention that the contract required a written notice 30 days ahead of time and I was not contacted for 2 months until I received a statement for Nov and Dec payments being due. I tried to call but no one answered so I paid those 2 plus an extra month and mailed in a written letter that I am ending my contract.Update, they reached out to clarify when my boat was last there. They returned the check and closed out my account with no remaining balance.

Perfect spot to store our trailer while our boat was docked in a wet slip at Lake Anna Yacht Club just a mile down the road. The facility was clean, well maintained, and Sue was super kind and helpful during each stage of our stay. There is also plenty of space on the lot and it was easy to drive around without having to back up the trailer constantly. You could easily drive a circle around the lot without trouble.

Sue and Ernest are the best people ever. They are very professional and they are very good about getting you what you need. I've had my boat stored there for the past three years and I'm not planning on storing it anywhere else.
