Since we had to get approval over the phone, we had to try so many sets and the owner listened and brought relevant sets until we were satisfied. Good old fashioned customer service!!! It’s a 40 minute drive but we will go there for all our future needs and would recommend!!”

“Crazy deals. Bought a SOAD shirt (toxicity!) that was on backorder online during the labor day 30% off sale then got rewarded with a 25% off anything I bought in store (and it applied to the whole purchase!) So I saved 8 bucks on another SOAD shirt (mezmerize) and a wallet chain I was thinking of getting during a previous visit. Staff is super friendly (Chris and Jack) and the store is ready for Halloween this time of year. Always a great experience coming to this store.UPDATE:Had an online order shirt not fit (sizing error in manufacturing) properly and was able to get a refund/exchange combo super fast today. Kody helped me out with that and said the new/replacement shirt can be shipped free to my house! Was very helpful, plus I got the exchanged item the same price I paid for the previous online order shirt. Customer service is god tier here! Thanks Chris/Jack/Kody!”

“8/7/22 This Hot Topic has a lot going on. This store is well organized and the Employees seem happy, yes, you can dress like Halloween, but there were no ghouls to deal with. I did see Sailor Moon shirts and realized, I know almost nothing about the show. I do know I found Makoto Kino Aka Salior Jupiter attractive. I just learned her magical talents are Electrokinesis, Plant manipulation and Superhuman strength. Why do I think all of these ladies have superhuman strength? I also asked myself the question "Are these ladies very tall? Or are their skirts just super short? Maybe both? My wife ended up buying a Salior Moon refrigerator magnet and a My Melody magnet. I meantioned I did a search of My Melody and Kirara Kuromi in human form at another Hot Topic. Unfortunately, they did not have a magnet for Kirara Kuromi. If I am going to get into the world of Hello Kitty, then I am starting with Kirara Kuromi. I saw a t-shirt that reminded me of an even more darker version of Harley Quinn, but it had nothing to do with her. I took a photo of this shirt and I am sure someone will know who this woman is. I saw some of the outfits here and thought about the Gothic kilt I will be ordering from Amazon on Friday. I hope to wear my kilt for Renaissance Festival this year. Boxers? Breifs or The Right Way come to mind. I have an outfit in mind, but the right shirt could change. The manager my wife and I talked with is very down to earth and cool. Not sure what will be on sale the next time we are here, but I am sure I will buy something the next time around. A great time happened here. We will have to revisit this mall.”

“Favorite store for finding cool stuff such as anything macabre, Wicca related etc. Hot Topic offers a variety of merchandise for alot of different tastes but if your not into cool and more reserved not a store for that type of individual. It does trend to the younger crowd.But I think most will enjoy what the Hot Topics have to offer. Never leave empty handed from any Hot Topic and always encountered friendly and helpful staff.”

“The service was beyond great. I am nervous when I am shopping and always needs some guidance when it comes to dressing in nice clothes. Donna was so welcoming and helpful. When we talked to her she said there was a dress she thinks would look good on me and she brought it to me. “Came in for the first time a couple days ago not knowing what Duluth was. Come to find out it's a great clothing store with a bunch of opinions I've never seen!! Especially in their underwear section haha!! I ended up getting a pair of their buck naked underwear. Raul was a great help. He told me which ones were the most comfortable because he himself is a buck naked user! I love how the workers also shop at the store! Makes me want to apply!!!!!!! “I absolutely LOVE Torrid!! I do feel that most items are overpriced BUT they do have really good sales to where it's more affordable. The sales associates are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. But I have to give a special shout-out to Leanna. Absolutely TOP NOTCH service and care. She truly takes care of you from beginning to end. Hangs up clothes in the fitting room as you're shopping to where they're nice and organized, exchanges any sizes you need and gives genuine feedback to any pieces of advice you may need. “I came to Virginia from a different state because I was recommended to buy clothes from a store located near this one, but I'm glad to say that I did not buy anything from the other store. Every dollar you spend here will be an investment, in which you'll find that the clothes you buy are of quality: they are clothes that will let you dress for any occasion, especially if you know how to mix and match each piece. And if you do not have any experience, the workers are all willing to guide style an outfit that will cater to your liking! I would say that all the items sold here are unique in their own ways, and there is a reason for this. After chatting with the workers, they did mention that they get new pieces from Korea each and every week. Unfortunately, I will be heading back home, but when I come to Virginia, I know where I'll be visiting first!”
