Shelby not only explained Verizon's promotion and plan in detail, she also compared our current plan and listed line by line comparisons and recommendations. She went out of her way to ensure we were paying the best price Verizon offers. She was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. If you ever need to change your phone, I recommend this place. If you come here, you will be able to get things done easily with the help of friendly staff. My wife and I easily switched to Samsung S23 Plus with Doug's kind help. Doug, thank you again for your kindness.

So went into this store looking to upgrade service when there was this guy was being very rude and disrespectful to a lady with her small son with her and she then started crying with language barrier asking him to explain something to her twice in which he got even more rude his name was Pouria which he said he was the manager when she ask for one then another man walk up by the name of Doug which witnessed the whole thing, and did nothing in the 15 years of being a Verizon customer I have never seen any employee treat a customer like this so I called the loyalty number and explained everything and they said this is a retail store which is like a third party like a Best Buy or Walmart and that this situation is not how Verizon does business and they will get this complaint to the appropriate party at Corporate let this be a lesson you can't go around treating people like that. and I did leave my number with Doug for the district manager to call me which no one did and I also let them at the loyalty number as well.

We worked with Shelby. She is excellent. We had to upgrade 4 phone lines and add two more. Shelby was happy yo help us explaining the different permutations and combinations of our plans and devices etc. We are all happy customers at the end of the day. I highly recommend this store as everyone is very friendly here and ready to help. Kudos to the Team.

Doug is Amazing!! My husband and I went in late before the Thanksgiving holiday for repairs or a new phone since my husband’s phone stopped working. Doug helped connect us to the repair person, was patient, friendly, explained all of our options and helped us find some great deals for the holiday. He was also a joy to talk to! Great customer service!

My phone broke recently, so I visited Verizon in South Riding to find out my options. Doug was very helpful with explaining my options and the benefits of each. I ended up turning in the old one and getting a new one; he was also very helpful with transferring the data to the new phone. Smooth process…highly recommend!

My wife and I just got new phones and the staff here are amazing. Doug and Raj made the process fun, and they helped us walk through a number of options and tradeoffs. This was the most fun we ever had getting new phones, and we walked away with not only great phones, but with the peace of mind that we made all the right decisions thanks to these guys. My daughter and I went to the South Riding Plaza Verizon store to upgrade ftom iPhone 11 to the new 15, and had a wonderful experience with Shelby, who was super knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and really nice. She found ways to lower our costs and really made the experience a good one.

I came in to the Verizon store in South Riding with a dead wet phone. Very nice gentleman name Doug worked on it and dried the phone for me. I was in panic since I was traveling for the week and didn't know what to do. He helped me with the drying of the device and I couldn't be happier. With excellent customer service like that is what keeps people coming back to this store. THANK YOU I CAN NOW TRAVEL SAFE.
