I recently visited the UPS Store on a Sunday to process some returns, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Eric, the staff member who assisted me, displayed a high level of professionalism, patience, and friendliness throughout the entire process.Despite encountering some issues with the items I needed to return, Eric remained patient and helped me navigate through the situation with ease. His excellent customer service skills and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out to me.Thanks to Eric's outstanding service, I now consider this UPS Store my go-to location for all my shipping and mailing needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top-notch service and a pleasant customer experience. Kudos to Eric and the UPS Store team for their dedication to providing excellent service to their customers.

This UPS moves fast, but the guys working there have absolutely no customer service skills. I’m not saying I expect above and beyond service but the past 2 times I’ve gone in, the sales associate didn’t reciprocate a hello or acknowledge any customer that came to the counter, including me… Also, another sales associate was getting frustrated with their computer and was verbally expressing his frustration with saying what the F… (not the entire word) but clearly not appropriate, especially when children are around… This store needs some training on customer service..

We arrived shortly before they closed. They were already locked and were rude as we trying to let them know it wasn’t five yet. I have been going to this location for years. I will go to another place next time.
