Very bad service. I have been to this center trice for a package that needed signature. They told me to send email details that some else will be picking up on my behalf. When email was sent then they said they don’t have the package and I need to come back again next business day. They could have told me on the first time that package is not yet there first time and avoid email, going their trice. Very bad service especially the manager and he was rude with poor communication skills.

The Black man staff (employee) there was so rude I was there for amazon return box the box was bulky and heavy he didn’t let me keep the box inside for a couple mins to call and fix the issue he made me carry the box back in the car I was not able to load it someone helped me with carry and I had my toddler son inside the car I just parked by the store door to drop the box off he talked to me very rude he wasn’t understanding at all
