I got charged twice for my car wash. I tried to return it, and they didn't want to do it. They kept saying come tomorrow for the manager, and the manager is never there. I came 3 times to the store to find the manager. He kept saying bring my bank statement and I did, but he said wait tomorrow for the manager. I have a lot of patience, but three times is a little too much.

BOOTLEG A** CAR WASH. didn't work the first time so i had to go INSIDE the man at the register had a nasty attitude after trying to convince me my car was “too big†to fit thru the car wash. I was given another code to try again this time the car wash doors opened, I went thru and nothing happened. no soap no water no lights no nothing. i went back inside the store for a SECOND time to tell the man it's still not working and that he needed to fix the car wash as it is broken. he was very offended and blamed my car lmao. i have been to this car wash dozens of times. ITS NOT MY CAR ITS YOUR CAR WASH. was finally refunded after going back and forth with this petty old man.

The car wash malfunctioned & touched my front bumper. It made me exit with my car covered in soap. I went to the register, explained what happened & asked for a new code, to complete my wash. The attendant told me several times that I must have moved my car forward, even after I explained that the car was on Park. I'm not sure where there lack of understanding stemed: his lack of English or my gender? As he watched my car dripping in soap, he asked which carwash I purchased. I said The Works. (That's right, I splurged on the $12 wash.) I was asked to present a receipt to prove it. He analyzed the receipt for a little less than 5 minutes, until I said I couldn't wait any longer, as my kids were in the car. He gave me a new code & tried to keep my receipt. I said it was a credit card payment & I needed my reciept back. He returned it, & told me my car was the problem & he wouldn't be able to do this again. No worries. A Shell is being built across the street & Main Street Auto Wash does an excellent job.
