Arrived at 545pm and immediately I asked for a 5g drum of white ceiling paint. Then my kids picked out some other paint for their rooms. They rang me up but forgot to include the 5 gallons white ceiling paint in the charge. Then this nasty female cashier told me the register was closed and I have to come back tomorrow to pick it up. She even went so far to tell me I can send someone else to pick it up for me. Her colleagues were clearly embarrassed by her behavior. She needs training in customer service, dealing with people to fix her mistakes before being employed in a customer service position. I actually felt bad for her colleagues,

Staff at the South Riding location have always been friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tricky if you need more than 15 minutes (which you usually won’t since they’re pretty quick to fulfill orders). Highly recommend this location.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Sherwin-Williams store in search of the perfect paint for my home, and I must say that the service I received from Yerlin was exceptional. After a series of disappointing experiences at other stores, Yerlin's assistance and expertise truly stood out.If you're in search of quality paint and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend paying a visit to this store and requesting Yerlin's expertise. I came into this store today because we have decided to paint the nursery of our new home. Our entire house needs to be repainted but at this moment but that project will have to wait until the end of the summer. For now I am going to try to tackle this small room for our new family member. He is 3 months old now, and we need to get him used to being in his own room. We picked out a nice cool blue color for the walls and I'm sure that our little guy will be happy with it. I came here this morning and spoke with the actual manager of the store. She recommended an eggshell type of sheen, and it would best to use a product called Superpaint for the job. I also picked up a roller with two covers and a new brush. There weren't any holes in the walls that I saw, so hopefully I should be good to go.

This is the finest location of Sherwin Williams. My order is ready after a phone-in in minutes, and usually I only have to say the color name and finish. The people there are knowledgeable and attentive. My bill is right every time, with a good discount. It's a pleasure to do business with this store EVERY TIME.

I want right at 6pm the door was open in entered asked the customer service for help he refused and he said I want to go home is so bad and no flexibility it was my first and my last time in this location
