“While the sign at this strip mall says "Benjamin Moore", this paint store is owned & operated by Vienna Paint & Decorating, with several other locations around town. I have to say that the manager, Brian, and his assistant, Noel, provide the best customer service to everyone who walks in. I've observed them going above & beyond to help customers, whether with their questions, concerns, product information, color questions and even troubleshooting their projects at home. I've been here twice since the new year, and with the time it takes to have paint shaken, I know & I've seen that they've taken the time to expertly match paint color from other brands, make sure you purchase the right product, and basically answer any & all questions you have. The store is also clean & nicely organized with a really nice paint chip display. Highly recommend...!”

“Amazing customer service! Ramon and Genesis are the best; so helpful and nice! They go above and beyond! The paint is expensive, but it’s worth it- it’s just the most superior of all paints on the market. I love a paint store that is consistent and I’ve found that at Carter Paint- I drive an hour and pass several other Benjamin Moore stores on the way to this store. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed here.”
“Made an online order for a gallon of the paint my friend used in his home before selling. Picked up at this location and was in and out in 2 minutes. The only issue I have his is a-hole that almost smashed into my car turning into the parking lot and then the 2nd a-hole who sped up to block me from changing lanes right before my house. That's a high ratio of a-hole NOVA drivers in just a 5 minute drive.”

“I’m not going to say what I think about Sherwin-Williams quality of products because I would be stating the obvious. However, I’ll speak about my customer service experience here at this particular store and what wonderful and caring people work here, specifically Gandi (I apologize if I misspelled!). I screwed up and bought the wrong color in 5 gallons. Knowing they can’t take back the mixed paint I went back to store hoping I would get some help…. I gotta tell you this dude went above and beyond to help us. He tried everything he could and we finally left the store happily with a very fair situation. We need more people like Gandi in every business!

“I stopped by early in the morning on my way to work and they were very busy with contractors picking up paint and supplies. There seemed to be only one person working. He was unbelievably patient and helpful. I had 2 separate projects (bathroom vanities and a metal front door that I was working on and he stepped me through each one. I followed his suggestions instead of what I found online and am thrilled with the way both came out. The paint quality was excellent and very easy to use. I saved a lot of money by not having to completely replace my items.”

“Staff at the South Riding location have always been friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tricky if you need more than 15 minutes (which you usually won’t since they’re pretty quick to fulfill orders). Highly recommend this location.”
