I recently visited the clinic regarding my illness and I had a very good experience. The staff was very professional. I highly recommend this place. Few things I would like to share for walk in patients if you just walk in without prior appointment than it is your luck how soon your turn come because they do accept online appointment in my case I had three patients before me and I had to wait for almost 45 minutes so you should make an appointment before you visit second even if you walk in you still need to make an appointment on site using the onsite computer station. last this clinic is closed from 1:30 - 2:30 pm for lunch break.

I came here for a consultation and had a wonderful experience with NP Lindsay. Very kind, understanding and it made for an overall pleasant experience for my visit. I scheduled an appointment online and as soon as I checked in, my name was called within a minute. I’d highly recommend.

Very very rude nurse. I went in for a ear wax removal and she said that I may have some issue in my ear and that it’s not normal for ppl to get their ear wax removed. She was so rude and made it seem like I have some inner ear issue. I was having so much ear pain and she was so mean. Then she made me sign a consent form Which I was ready to but she insisted that there may be issues. She got me so afraid that I didn’t even get my ear wax removed. So much for booking an appointment and driving all the way up there to feel anxious and nervous and coming back without anything being fixed!Oh God how do such ppl even work there in a medical facility. Please be aware.

Despite the bad reviews … I actually had a great experience. I scheduled my appointment online. Went in , checked in and the nurse practitioner saw me. The process was quick and smooth. Andrea, the NP was sooooo nice and sweet. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and would definitely come back here. Thanks Andrea you were fabulous!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Went in tonight and got there at 7:12PM. Wulaa said they were booked and to make an appt for tomorrow (there was nobody else there). The sign says they are open until 7:30PM, so I told them my daughter just needed a strep culture (while she was whimpering beside me) and she told me they don't take new patients after 7:10PM (again, it was 7:12PM) because it will go past 7:30PM. I said we just need a strep culture and she said too bad. Awful customer service. Awful. If they close at 7:10PM, then the sign should say 7:10PM. Will never go there again.

I went to Minute Clinic in South Riding. I wanted to get my blood pressure taken. I was having shortness of breath, I was afraid I was going to have a heart attack. I was seen by NP Patricia Carnes. She is the best Health care person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She took the time to explain things to me, like I was a real human. After I spoke with her, my shortness of breath was gone. I was just having an anxiety attack. And my BP was elevated. I wish my cardiologist was like her. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Quick service and knowledgeable staff. Prices are upfront and can get medication within 10minutes at the pharmacy next to it. Overall, very efficient process!

I have been here a few times, and found that Patricia, the Nurse Practitioner, is kind, thorough and does a very good job. She's very knowledgeable and conscientious, spends time talking to the patient and assessing each symptom. Overall an A+ experience, I am an RN myself and worked in an ER and i can honestly say for any non life threatening medical problem, the CVS minute clinic at south riding would be a perfect stop for great care. Also the pharmacy had my prescription all ready as I left my appointment. What a great experience overall FIVE STARS!!!

I took my daughter to this location. Patricia was excellent. She was patient and took time to explain her thinking. She referred us for a chest X-ray because she was concerned my daughter had pneumonia. I am quite glad she did because she was correct. This allowed us to take care of the problem right away. I would definitely go back to this location to see her.
