Horrible experience with this groomer.I took my cat to this groomer for a trim and a wash, a service that was communicated to the groomer at the time of his appointment. I informed the groomer that I did not want any part of him shaved and she had pointed out that shaving would not be necessary. I was informed that the appointment would take anywhere from 1-2 hours, which is why I was confused that I received a phone call that his grooming had been finished not even 20 minutes later. I was informed that our cat had only been brushed and then after that step was not being cooperative and that it was not possible for the groomer to complete his grooming services. I was confused given that my cat has been to several other groomers in which he had been friendly as well as cooperative while receiving the same services that were asked for by Little Jenna's. After he was brought home it was discovered that parts of his stomach were shaved and a rash had also been visible on his stomach. No wonder he was not being cooperative, they caused him pain and went against our wishes. Additionally the staff had been very off putting throughout the entire process and had lied to us as well saying that he was only brushed and nothing further. This whole experience was overall incredibly disturbing to me, and I hope that if you truly care for and love your animals that you will not bring them to this groomer.

With the owner hiring new staff and basically leaving her business on their shoulders, our experience has changed to the worse. New staff is not that good with grooming our pet as the owner was. Very sad to see this business going sour.

Friendly and professional staff. I am no longer Little Jenna’s client since my dog has developed severe anxiety so I had to consider groom her at home. I’ve tried multiple groomers over the years hoping to find a grooming salon that my dog would feel comfortable with but no joy. None of the groomers were able to groom my dog as meticulously as Little Jenna’s. They are the best in the area!

We have been using Little Jenna's grooming for 5 years for our Shichon -Toffee- and never been disappointed; the staff is super nice. Angie does a wonderful job on Toffee every time: she listens to our needs and the grooming is always well done (no matter which groomer takes care of our dog, actually). Highly recommend!

Our Little Ziggy is 15 months old and has been coming to Little Jennas for almost a year. McKenzie has been so good with him from day 1. He is a fearful little guy, and now I can finally see he is getting so much more comfortable with her. She does a great job on his Bichon cut - which is very difficult, even during the summer when he got a little matted, she knew exactly how to fix him up and keep him calm and stress free.I find the booking and appointment process very easy to navigate

I took my dog in and was told he was a little matted but nothing too bad. Then I got an emergency call that they had cut my dog and I needed to take him to emergency vet. When I arrived a huge flap of skin was protruding from my dog's leg. I was told he had a previous scab and they had caught it on the trimmer. What? He's never bled there before. I asked if they would at least take care of the vet bill. I was told to Get him taken care of and then check with the manager. So I took him to the emergency vet next door. The vet looked at him and said there was no sign of a previous injury. I guess The scab was just made up crap by the groomer. The vet fixed him up and $550 later I was out the door back to the groomer. I talked to the manager and was told it's not their fault. The dog was obviously matted. Wait! You told me he had a scab you caught which is it? And aren't you the professional? Shouldn't you be turning me away if you think the job is dangerous? Well it's not really our responsibility maybe I can give you $100 but we can't afford $500. Like I can???? Absurd. I told them I can't believe we are even having this conversation and walked out to never return. This doesn't even mention the fact I had what looked like a circus dog because he was only partial done. It's bad enough that you severally injure my dog but then you don't take responsibility??? My dog really wasn't very matted. The groomer even said so when I dropped him off. But don't injure my dog and then point to fine print. Turn me away or take responsibility. And don't make up some bs about a scab and oh you figured out we were lying about that so let's come up with some other reason. You called our bluff and got a professional opinion from a vet. Oh it wasn't a scab. It was matting. And here's some random hair on the floor from somewhere on your dog as proof of matting. What if the injury was worse? What if you caught a major artery and killed my dog??? What then? Oh but he was matted? Really? You can only hide behind legalese so much until it becomes incompetence.

After patronizing this business for 2+ years through covid, we picked up our pup after his normal 6-8 week grooming cadence and his eye was severely red and almost looked to have experienced trauma. When we simply asked if the groomer and manager (possibly the owner) what could have happened to cause it, we received a confused like response and that it could be caused by stress. We still scheduled our normal follow up grooming appointment despite the latter. No sooner than we left the groomer on our way home, the manager called to say that our pooch may be better off being groomed at another business as he is too stressed at their business and we were abruptly discharged. Nothing of the sort was mentioned in the previous 2+ years. We were completely blown away by this after supporting this business and seemed to be in a normal rhythm with using this business. Notice a high turnover of groomers at this location and reviews of treatment of staff by management/ownership at this business appear to be poor, which explains things to a large degree.
