The employees are very rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone from buying subs from this store. They are very dirty with the way they make your subs. The employee touching his face and then my food. The other employee was very disrespectful and rude. This is the 3rd time iv had a bad experience at this store. Would not recommend angone

Came in 20 minutes before closing for a quick sub. Young man working was visibly distraught upon seeing me. Began slamming the meat slicer while in use. Other employee working was overly courteous to me because of how uncomfortable the other staff member was making everyone. Not coming back ever.

I order from this Jersey Mike's many times, but now less frequently. The last two times I ordered the place was dirty and smelled really bad. There were also pieces of bone in my Philly cheese steak. I don't know if it is new management, a new team, or cost savings, but please bring it back to what I remember.Philly cheese steak sandwiches are good though.

Waited 20 minutes for basically a dry piece of bread. Their subs hardly have anything in them anymore and for a large sub it’s like 20 bucks for a piece of bread. Place is a ripoff, if you’re gonna charge that much for your subs you can at least fill them properly. It’s deli meat and cheap veggies for christ sake. I’ll make my sandwiches at home. Highly disappointing.

I have tried ordering delivery through the Jersey Mike's app twice and both times it has not ended well.First time, they replaced an item without contact me because they were out. I was told they would make note at the store that they owed me. That's not useful when I never actually plan on going there and their cookies aren't as good as they once were.Today, I ordered two subs and only received one. I called and they said that they have it there but they must have given the delivery person the bag before the second was finished. So I had to drive up there and get it. Had I known, I would have saved myself the delivery fee and tip and got it myself. Or better yet not gotten anything at all.At the end of the day, it is partially my own fault wanting to use their app so that I can get points. I know if I had used DoorDash, I would have immediately gotten some compensation for all of these mistakes on the part of the restaurant.

Constantly gets my orders wrong.First of all DO NOT order online they get our orders wrong 100% of the time when we do.I have made a habit of going in but last night they still got 2 of our orders wrong. I get in ordering for a family if 6 but I don’t feel that our orders are that difficult. Yes they’re customized but the two that they got wrong was the most simple ones to fix. There was 2 number 9s giant. One on their gluten-free bread and one on wheat and they got the bread right both of them were done Mike’s way one with mayo, one with brown mustard really simple. The bread and mustard on one and Mayo on the other is the only thing customized. But what did they get wrong? They gave me 2 number 8s not 9s. Even though I pointed out that I noticed there wasn’t any bacon or roast beef on either sandwich. They didn’t say anything to me.So, even when ordering while I was there and saying something, they still got the order wrong. They were not swamped. It was one guy making my sandwiches. When another customer came in a woman helped that customer. So there was plenty of people. When they’ve gotten orders wrong and I have returned orders, they remake them but it’s weird because they’ll take the wrong sandwich back which is fine. I guess eat it or throw it in the trash but they don’t offer any sort of discounts or anything like that. For a place that is constantly messing up like this they really need to do something I’m making their customers happy sadly I don’t think I’ll be back. There’s another Jersey Mike’s that I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to that I’ve never had issues with.Step it up your people need to pay attention.Maybe one person doing hot sandwiches. One person on the slicer. One person putting the toppings on.One person ringing up orders and wrapping. And one person for back up and clean up.This means you need a total of 5 people at ALL times at minimum. Realistically 6 would be better during lunch and dinner rushes. But 5 should always be there. And make it up to customers when y’all mess up! Maybe you’ll make less mistakes if you offer coupons when you mess up.I also always tip when I’m there. I appreciate hard work but these people need to be better trained. There needs to be more people and a system.Maybe then y’all can have time to address the cleanliness of the store that others are complaining about.

Took 2.5 hours for delivery. Received food and whole order was wrong. Tried calling but no answer. Awful service.

This location seriously needs to either properly train the staff or create a better online pickup service.I ordered a rewards sub online and went to pickup the sub.I get ignored by the cash register employee who continues to take orders from the line even though I see my sub is behind the cash register and not on the online pickup shelf. After waiting a few minutes and giving up, I get in the line and the next employee proceeds to tell me that my order is still being grilled. After the grill employee finishes the 2 instore orders, the grill is empty and that's when the employees realize that my order is at the front already made as I had previously asked about. Please train your staff better to acknowledge people who wait at the front for online orders. Otherwise, use the actual online order shelf instead of having customers wait in line to get their online orders. It seems to only happen at this location as I've been to other locations and haven't had this issue.

Today was the third time in the past 60 days that I have gone to this particular Jersey Mike’s and the men's bathroom was without paper towels and the women’s bathroom was without soap, and only had a small roll of towels laying on top of the toilet.I initially went to use the men’s bathroom to wash my hands, but I exited the bathroom after discovering that bathroom had no paper towels. Also, the bathroom reeked of stench. I went to a male employee and told him that the bathroom was out of paper towels. The employee told me that he nor anyone else on the staff, including the onsite manager, had access to a key to put replacement paper towels in the dispenser. My wife suggested that I use the women’s bathroom instead, while she stood by the door. I entered the women’s bathroom and attempted to wash my hands. The women’s bathroom had no soap.I exited the women’s bathroom and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to the female manager, and told her that there were no towels in the men's bathroom, and no soap in the women’s bathroom. She appeared to be unmoved by my concerns. I asked the manager where does she and her employees wash their hands when they use the bathroom. She assured me that the staff washes their hands in the kitchen after using the bathroom. That may be true, but I expressed concern that the employees were now transferring germs from the bathroom to the food preparation area. I told the manager that both she and the franchise owner are responsible for keeping the restaurant in good sanitary condition. Again, the manager appeared to be unmoved by my concerns. I told the manager that I planned to raise my concerns with the Loudoun County Health Department, which I have done. Again, she appeared to be unmoved. In fact, after raising my complaint, my wife and I could hear the manager and the other staff members in the kitchens making fun of my complaint. Before leaving the restaurant after eating (I stayed to eat because I hadn’t had anything to eat in more than 8 hours, otherwise, my wife and I would have left immediately.), I asked to speak to the manager once again. One of the staff members told me that she had left for the day. I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to apologize to her for raising my voice at her earlier out of my frustration with the restaurant’s lack of sanitary conditions. I told the staff member to pass along my apology, and the fact that I was planning to file a formal complaint with the county. I don’t make it a habit of filling formal complaints about county businesses. However, the manager’s apparent cavalier attitude about the lack of sanitary conditions in the restaurant, and the staff’s apparent belief that my complaint was a joke, led me to file the complaint. If the bathrooms are not properly stocked, it makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like. I will NOT be returning to this particular Jersey Mike's in the future.Ultimately, this problem is the franchise owner's responsibility. He/She is responsible for training their staff, especially the onsite manager, and for keeping soap and paper towels in stock.

Absolutely atrocious service. During even moderately busy hours, they are unbelievably slow and inefficient. They give no priority to online pickups. Subs are routinely made 25-30 minutes past already 40-45 minutes of wait time. They just stand there and get even slower the busier it gets. The food is good but done with this placeEdit: cherry on top - they screwed up the order!

Did was average. The place looked dirty. If you are worried about cross contamination this would be last place to go, since they don't wipe anything down. Looked like deli meat shavings and cheese were sitting on slicer for hours. Servers could not focus on onething, and their efforts to multi task were bismal.
