The review is for the Pharmacy not the store. Some of their staff are rude, have no respect and no empathy to their customers, CVS administration need to teach manners and good behavior classes to help these staff learn how to serve thee CVS customers who are patients and need empathy and respect.

These 1 star reviews don’t surprise me at all. This pharmacy has zero customer service, and they get annoyed at simple questions. The pharmacist is so rude that at first I figures “business as usual” until I realized that she overheard me speaking about Judaism. This, I realized, is what finally sent them all into EXTREMIST-mode. It is their way or the highway.

This store has no clerks to check you out, only self-check out. Of course it was impossible to check out a gift card at self check out. Why bother going to the store.

I always enjoy shopping at CVS on Pinebrook as the staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the store's offerings! Even though they are farther away than other similar stores, I always end up there!

Great experience, I went to another CVS as that pharmacy is much closer to my house but had a bad experience. I asked my Dr to send the prescription to this pharmacy and staff of this pharmacy was ready to help rather than creating roadblocks and I had my meds within an hour. Great customer service.

I will never go back to CVS ever again. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and rude staff ever in my whole entire life. So today, my dad and I went to the store pharmacy to get something and we were at the counter waiting for someone to talk to us. However, I made an eye contact with this staff but I didn't say anything and she didn't say anything so I assumed she was very busy because she was keep looking at the computer in front of her. So my dad and I patiently waited and the phone rang and she picked up so we waited more and that time, there were more customers starting to stand behind us. Later, when she was done with the phone call, she rudely told us "Do you need something? You're blocking the customers in the back". My dad and I got so shocked by her rudeness so he told her "you are on the phone" and she later said "Okay, fine what do you need?" and we got offended more so we just left. I am and will never be coming back to this store ever again. Thank you.

pharmacy is just awful at this location. It's not CVS, it is the people behind the counter in the pharmacy who are rude and intentionally unhelpful. CVS needs to clean this up.

They've done some remodeling and refreshing of the store. It has a bright and airy feel when you first walk in. The staff here seemed helpful. Although I didn't need help, there were several people helping customers.

I recently visited this CVS for a passport photo and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was only one person waiting to checkout, and I didn't notice anyone else waiting for photo collection. After me, two ladies arrived to take their photos as well. When I informed the attendant that I was there for passport photos, they took my picture and then the ladies' pictures. However, the first attendant, who had assisted the person waiting to collect their photos, suddenly screamed that people don't have patience and abruptly jumped to assist another customer. It was clear that their outburst was directed at me, and it was unprofessional and rude. After taking my photo, they didn't even bother to inform me that it was ready or assist the two ladies who were waiting. The lack of communication, patience, and professionalism from the staff was disappointing and frustrating. Unless they improve their customer service, I would advise others to seek alternative options for passport photos. 1/5 star.

This store including pharmacy has a 1.9 star approval rating; that’s out of 5 stars. Horrific. Though I’m not all surprised. The pharmacy is specifically what I’m reviewing here and I’m very unsatisfied. My husband and I have both been on a the same script for over a year. Each refill my doctor submits is for 3 months (90 days), yet CVS repeatedly provides us each a 30-day refill, which is not how it is written. Note: my insurance covers 90-day refills at a time. But CVS notoriously won’t give us that amount. They give us an excuse everytime that our insurance probably doesn’t cover 90 days. Not true. As a result of their ongoing mistake, we are paying the $30 each month rather than $30 for 90 -day supply. This is unlawful. CVS must fill the script as IT IS WRITTEN. Today, my husband spoke to the pharmacist in person to ask again why we are getting 1/3 of our script and the truth was finally revealed. CVS had only 30-day refill in stock. But rather than holding the script until they have the supply to fill it in the next day or two, she made the executive decision to again provide us the 30 day supply for $30. This has happened about 12 times. So CVS has overcharged us many times over the past year. So wrong. Today my husband convinced the pharmacist to no longer follow this practice and give us what the script is written for by having us wait until Monday to pick it the entire script. We hope this practice will continue.

Just pathetic. Waited in the queue for more than 20 mins in the drive thru. Have a sign atleast to say that the store will be closed and no more cars will be served at the entrance of the drive thru. These guys just lack basic common sense and the kids working the drive thru have 0 clue and take forever to get done with 1 car.

I was skeptical at first, but all the reviews are true. Dropped a prescription off on a Friday and never got a text to pick it up. Went on Wednesday to see what was up, and they didn’t fill it because my insurance doesn’t cover it. I asked if it was normal that they didn’t reach out to me directly, and they said no. Got a text WHILE I WAS AT THE COUNTER saying it wasn’t covered. Asked if it could still be filled and they said I could pick it later in the day. I simply asked for my prescription back and told them I will be going to a different CVS. Mind you, I had my very nap-ready toddler melting down with me and this all took close to 30 minutes (the drive through was 6 cars deep so I just went inside thinking it would be quicker). I currently have a high risk pregnancy that is going to require several prescriptions when I give birth, and cannot chance this happening again when I get out of the hospital.

INHUMANE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was waiting patiently in line with one person ahead of me and no line behind me and when it was my turn the pharmacist denied me of my medication when I was in a very urgent situation all because they wanted to take a lunch break. I had prepaid for it and it was ready for pick up but they disgustingly chose to deny me of my prescription. This was THE WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I will NEVER go to this CVS or any other CVS for that matter EVER again. Walgreens all day baby!

Fast forward a few years, and I'm back at this location. Much better customer service, shout out to JACKSON!
I can always rely on them to be fully stocked. I usually just order everything on the CVS app (much cheaper), while picking up the items simultaneously, then go to the counter to let them know. Makes it easier for them...and for me (so no substitutions!)! I'm almost a regular so he remembers me!
