Bought an iPhone 15 pro max here, everything went perfect with Katy however when I came to return it the following day due to not liking the features compared to my old phone, the manager was very rude and dismissive. Did not offer to even look into a return or any options with me, and i had to resolve the problem with AT&T corporate in which they told me I should’ve been helped since I fell into the 14 day return window.

Was very nice, did an upgrade through them, signed no paperwork. Everything seemed fine till I got the bill information. I was auto enrolled in a bunch of stuff (up next and other things) I didn’t authorize and when I contacted support was basically told they billed me already and to get over it. Was able to remove it but was annoying to be on phone for over an hour trying to fix this.Shame because they were nice but still can’t trust they won’t enroll you to get better stats and satisfy numbers.

The employees in South Riding store are exceptional. Today Julio helped me to recover my Facebook account in my new bought phone. I am amazed by his professional knowledge and willingness to help. Thank you again, Julio!!!

Been going back and forth for 4 months just to get my screen protector replaced. Every time there is been a wait of more than 1/2 hr and there is only one or two customers ahead of me. Many time I left because there is no progress with customers ahead of me.

Couldn’t have had a worse customer experience than what I had…one star is too generous for a company built around deceptive practices, abysmal service, apathy towards real customer concerns, and with an air of condecendance as if customers need them and not the other way around. Well, washing my hands of them and will proceed to immediately transfer my account to a competitor. Update 9/3/22, successfully cancelled my plan and am with Verizon now. Entire experience was night and day there compared to lousy AT&T.

Best experience at any AT&T store. Most knowledgeable staff who is willing to help you when they have the ability to resolve something and direct you to who to call or visit if they cannot.

At the start of my first visit store representative was great attentive, and quick with the answers. From the order sheet i recieved his name is Tam. Sadly found out after my second visit that the information provided about my order was false. I was told kn my second visit that the phone should arrive in a week. Waited the week, and still no phone. I was told on my third visit to call 611 for more information as they couldn't provide me with any further details. Called At&t and found out that the phone that was order was scheduled for March 31. The actual At&t representative told me that a RETAILER should be up front on what to expect. So, learn from my mistake and don't bother with this location as I have found that 75% or a little more of what was told to me was straight Bull.

I activated my phone on 12/20/2021 and it is now 1/9/2022 and I still cannot get inbound calls. I’ve called over 50 times and I went to a corporate store. One of your offshore technicians did something to my account. They logged a ticket on 1/4/2022 and it is still not resolved. No one will help me !!!!!??????

Katie is by far the best AT&T employee I have ever been helped by. She was working solo all day with customers constantly coming in, and kept her cool, brought amazing energy and knowledge while greeting every new customer. You could not ask for a better person to represent your business. She will have customers for life no matter where she works, so do your best to keep her!!!
