Great place to shop for pick orders and the items quality are generally are very good but the online shopping might at times provide a better experience because they will notify you when some items are not available, which saves you time from going into the store to find the items are not on the shelf, online shopping alerts you really quickly if a item is not available but will notify you when it can be mailed, or pickup from Walmart

I have been to Walmart many times. I just want to say that they are taking steps to be more helpful and friendly than in the past. There was a time not too long ago when this was not the case. I am pleased to say that this was a change for the better. It seems there’s always something I want and can’t find, but employees seem more willing and able to help me. They even stop what they are doing to help me find it. That’s service!

I had an amazing shopping experience at Walmart! The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me with a smile. The checkout process was quick, and the prices were unbeatable. Walmart's wide range of products and excellent customer service always make my visits enjoyable. Highly recommend this store for all your shopping needs.

This Walmart is horrible! I was there for 2 hours waiting on getting a tire changed, the kid in the automotive section said it would take 2 hours, I said okay let's do it. Well 2 hours later I have 3 ppl ahead of me, and they haven't even started on my car. Didn't text me to say it was taking longer, nothing straight disrespect! But you have nothing but kids working back there, who are more worried about their hair hair 12 colors in it then doing their job. Walmart has gone to hell, and it's bc of their employees.

Found what I needed and a line was open so I was in and out in no time. I do use self checkout when I have a few items and in a hurry. Sorry if it is taking a job from someone but it sure is nice not to wait.

Some employees are very rude, hesitate to help and act like I am interrupting them and not friendly. I always Thank the person but they turn their back and don’t speak. I am short in stature, 4’8” and cannot reach a lot of items so I have climbed shelves. Your employees need to take a course in customer service and politeness. I had one employee in the photo department who was very rude, brought out a very small pack of pictures that I ordered online and I “politely” told him there should be more. He snapped and said you should have told me you were picking up a quantity of pictures. Never had to before…. again he was not friendly, rude and acted like I interrupted something he was doing that was more “important”. On another occasion I asked a person where something was, ignored, I asked three more times. So I got very close to him and asked again…he had the nerve to say “I heard you” in a peeved voice and kept staring at the floor. I treat people as I would like to be treated, thank the person and be pleasant.
