I absolutely love this gym, between the nice environment of people here and the quality of equipment here, it’s my favorite gym I’ve ever went to. I’m currently in college and the equipment at my college gym can’t compare to the quality of the equipment here. I’m very satisfied with my membership and I always apply for a membership when I’m home for the holidays. The owners are sweethearts and I genuinely enjoy coming here and talking to them!

Visitor - daily pass is kind of pricey but great gym!Awesome equipment, much of which I've never seen before, but were easy to use and left me smh at the gyms in Michigan. Went back to my home gym wanting more from them.Will be back!

The Fit Club Va is worth the membership. The staff here were outgoing and socialable, as well as maintaining a well kept atmosphere! Diversity in equipment, caliberated plates, plenty of space, crossfit section in the back.. this gym is loaded with everything you’ll need to train sport specific, powerlifting, bodybuilding, etc. I strongly recommend a membership or if youre ever in the South Hill, Va area, stop in and check them out!

This place is exactly what u want & need in a gym, they have nxt level equipment, separate rooms for legs, deadlifts squats...so you're not on top of each other. They put time/thought & money into this place! If you're in the Virginia area this is where u need to be if u workout/train! I'd give anything to have this in Philly!! Great environment too!!

My Son and I were completely blown away by this Gym. The equipment is state of the art it rivals that of any Golds Gym anywhere. The staff are very friendly, I would recommend this Gym to any serious Lifter or beginner that is vacationing or moving to the area you want be disappointed I Promise you we absolutely Love this Gym.

Place is hands down the nicest gym in Southern VA. Equipment is brand new and state of the art, and stays open 24hrs. Wish I had a place like this up here in DC.

I enjoy training at this gym. I love my gym mates. This gym has a good selection of equipment, but could have more updated machines. My two biggest issues are the lack of sufficient air conditioning and unclean restroom/locker room. During the heat of summer especially in the afternoon/evening with a heavy after-work crowd, the gym is just as hot inside as it is outside.Considering the gym has an abundance of large windows with direct sunlight entering, you would think the a/c would be lowered to make it cooler. It can get stifling and quite uncomfortable really quick into your workout where it feels as if there is no a/c at all. The facility is huge, which is why the a/c quality should be better. As for the restrooms, they do not seem to be cleaned often at all besides emptying the trash receptacles. The shower stalls always have products and bath essentials left behind by other members. This is often, not an occasional issue. It’s as if some of the members stow there belonging in the locker room and use it as a “second-home” bathroom without regard to it being a public/shared amenity. It would be nice to justify the membership fee with not only space, but prioritize machine variety, an even 68 degree or lower a/c conditioning temperature throughout, cleanliness, and friendly staff.Thank you for understanding my concerns and accepting my review.

One of the best/nicest gyms I have been to. The gym equipment is top notch & the gym is always spotless! The employees there are very welcoming and at the end of my workout I really enjoy the smoothies that they make! 10/10 would recommend this gym!

It was all good until I needed to cancel my account. I sent the request to cancel my account in the 3rd of February by email through my friends email account who was a member of the gym at the time. I was no longer in Virginia. This was after I was told the only way to cancel was in person. I didn’t get any reply, however a few months later I noticed I was still being billed for membership fees so I sent a follow up email attaching the original email of when i sent the cancellation request which had my contact info on it. Long story short the original email couldn’t be found and I had to fill out a cancellation request form just to cancel my account. Mind you I’m in Florida at this point in time.??♂️ I never had to go through so much just to cancel a gym membership. With LA, planet and golds gym all I had to do was make a phone call and that was that. If I’m ever in Virginia again i won’t be rejoining sorry , not sorry.
