Cricket mmm a little complicated customer service they are very arrogant and make you feel bad some of their employees are somewhat racist we don't have the honor of being equal in color God made white blacks and the world and people different except for colors after that we are all the same.

This store had two awesome employees I think her name was Alba didn't catch his but both were wonderful best in-store experience I had with cricket in 25 years

We were waited on right away. Purchased a new phone and activated; all done in under 20 minutes. Vinny was great!
