Horrible, awful experience. I have confirmed so many times if the car on sale was available at their dealership and they confirmed it. I drove an hour to go check the car, they sent me to another dealer telling me that the car was over there. I drove another half an hour to go to that dealer and there was no car there either. They did not even say they were sorry ! Unbelievable. Do not lose your time buying a car at this dealership.

My experience here was horrible. My mechanic took my car here to change my airbag sensor. When I got the car back, 4 other sensors was blinking on my car. That was my break system sensors, my steering wheel sensor, and my tire traction sensor. I called these people to see why my car was like this. They said I had to get my mechanic to bring it back. They tried to claim that the sensor lights were already on when it arrived there. I know for a fact that they weren't. When I tried to ask for the paperwork to have evidence of this, they said it was there. So, it is proof that they lied. They also wanted to charge me 150 dollars just to look at my vehicle again AFTER IT WAS JUST THERE!! These people are a joke and a rip off!!! I wish I could get my money back

Purchased CRV from sales agent Tony Moore today. Awesome experience! Tony is very down to earth and patient, answering my questions and running through all the features of the vehicle. GM Ryan Lafoon introduced himself, him and Tony both fantastic individuals. Highly recommend purchasing from Boyd Honda! Ask for Tony!

They took advantage of my 60-year-old mom. They sold her a 2020 Honda Accord LX with 18,495 miles on it for $30,092 on 9/16/23. Telling her that was a good deal. She being a older woman, trusted them and went along with the purchase. After getting home she called me telling me about her new purchase giving me all the details. After I heard her say she paid 30k for a base model 3 -1/2-year-old Accord. I said Mom you got ripped off. You could have bought a brand new 2023 Accord EX for that price. I go on their own website and they're selling 2 brand new 2023 Accords for the same price she paid for her 3 -1/2-year-old Accord. She goes back up there the next day to tell them redo the contract and put her in the new car and take the used car back. Of course they give her the run around saying there's nothing they can do. The paperwork already went through and so on. Any other decent sales guy would have told my mom that they have two brand new cars on the lot for the same price with a 5-year warranty but all they care about is ripping elderly women off.

It doesn't take 41/2 hrs to replace 4 wheels and tires and valve stems and balance and and alignment ,plus they didn't work on it constantly till done ,I know cause we watch from side door of shop and we was told 200.00 for complete work, I even bought my 2016 truck from Boyd's in South hill va. I've had several disappointing experiences with this facility. You call you only go to voice mail no one calls you back for days. Had my car for over a week with no one to let me know why the delay. They charged double the price my insurance company wanted to pay for a windshield, then didn't even manage to put my toll tag back on the window and left it on the floor, did the same thing to my wife's car. Poor communication, HIGH priced poor quality repairs. Don't have a lot of options guess I will try the Oxford location.

Took a recent 2-week trip to Montana and had a dilemma- rent a car and spend $5k or try to coax our 2015 Honda Pilot with 185,000 miles for the ride. Angela convinced me they could do the necessary repairs/tuneups/safety checks to make the trip - happy to report all went well on the 6200-mile trip (pulling a 5x8 trailer!).

The worst experience. We were traveling have insurance on tires got nails in tires. Spent over 2 hours here still had to drive off with nails in tires.

From start to finish, the purchase of our daughters new hybrid car was excellent! Tony the salesman, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very professional. Even the sales manager and finance lady were super nice and definitely not like other car dealerships! We drove from over an hour away and we were shocked at how professional and helpful they were. Would definitely recommend! They have definitely earned our business for future purchases! They might be a small town dealership, but they have a huge heart for their customers! My daughter could not be happier!
