It is bad enough you have to take a day off work to get an appointment, but then no one is there accept a hand written sign, "will be right back." No time. Then ten minutes later a man pulls in to lot, I pull up to make room. We are both standing outside waiting. I had been there 15 minutes waiting. After two minutes of waiting the other guy walks to his truck.Some guys drop off some shingles and say he will be back at 1, so much for 1230 appointment. I walk past the guy and tell him what they said and he says thanks.Then at 1250 I see the his vehicle going on the rack. I go and ask the mechanic how is that fair, I have appointment and been waiting 15 minutes before he even showed up. The mechanic says I can do both at the same time, no you can't and all lifts were full. I said the problem is the other customer doesn't have any integrity nor do you sir. For I have identified a problem and you would rather lie than drop that truck off the lift. Only thing I can do is never put my money here again.

They were helpful getting a tow company. Got vehicle towed in on a Monday and they said they would look at it right away. I wasn't blowing up their phone, but they wouldn't respond to voicemails or pick up phone. Finally on Friday afternoon someone answered, and they say they will get to my vehicle next Wednesday. I called on Thursday the next week - no answer. I called on Friday morning and they hung up on me before even talking. I wasn't rude. I was trying to be patient and understanding of labor shortages and know that stuff happens. Almost zero communication like the other recent review. If you don't have the time to fix my vehicle, don't take it in or just let me know - pretty simple.

Highly recommend. Sean was awesome. I called on a Monday saying I needed a wheel bearing replaced before I left for vacation that Friday. He took my truck the next morning and had it done that day. Price was also exactly what I expected

Poor communication. Literally had to blow their phone up just to get any update on my car. Eventually moved it to a new shop after two weeks without any progress .

THE best auto service center! We have been in this area for 13 years and have used many different mechanics. Terry and his staff far outweigh any that we have used. Recently our son came from NJ for Thanksgiving and the starter went on his vehicle. Every business was closed for the holiday weekend; we called Terry and he said, we will get it fixed on Monday. . Despite his extremely busy schedule, Terry made time to fix our son's vehicle. Terry, Shawn and Ernie have been a tremendous blessing to us personally and to our ministry. May God continue to bless you BNT!!
