I had such a great experience with B&W, I would never have left had I not moved 7 hours away. They are so kind and caring. Super easy and quick to contact if you ever need anything. The price was wonderful especially for the space you get in the units. Everything is always clean and secure. I have never even seen a piece of trash on their lot. It is very well maintained. I was able to sign up and move my things in the same day. The start and end process is as easy as it gets. They always send a nice and informing email keeping you updated on everything going on. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!! Best storage unit I have ever used and some of the nicest people you will ever meet!

Had two units u can look it up grizzle the unit had roof leak damage to clothing in boxes report while I was still using unit no one cared ok I get upon moving out of unit make claim we will will get back to no one did the thing was fixed as some else could have furniture get ruin

I have nothing but GREAT experience with the new owners of B&W Storage in South Hill. I was a current renter when they took ownership. I received a very nice introduction from the new owners. Each month, I speak to them when I make my payment and they are always very polite, ask if I have any concerns about my unit or the business, and they say "Thank You." I would have to say that they are great owners in our small town and I would love to see more like them. If you need a storage unit, whether long term or short term, I would highly recommend you talk to Mr. Jones with B&W Storage.
