“Joe really stepped and went way out of his way when my car developed problems in Southern Virginia last Saturday. Idiot lights indicating "Hot automatic transmission oil" suddenly appeared after 1-1/2 hours of driving north on I-95. Naturally, I pulled over to the side of the road and began calling people. It was early Saturday morning, and most places were closed. But I was fortunate that one of my calls went to Joe, and he picked up and talked me through the options. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, even though he knew that I was out of his service area and that he was basically volunteering his time. He gave me useful advice, which really calmed my nerves.(Here's how it all turned out...An hour after I started driving again, the idiot lights came back on, so I felt that I had no choice but to get it serviced in order to continue on my trip. But I succeeded in arriving at my destination in time after all, which was the main thing.)I will always be grateful to the honest mechanic who took precious time out of his day to lend help and encouragement to a stranded traveler. “From start to finish, the purchase of our daughters new hybrid car was excellent! Tony the salesman, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very professional. Even the sales manager and finance lady were super nice and definitely not like other car dealerships! We drove from over an hour away and we were shocked at how professional and helpful they were. Would definitely recommend! They have definitely earned our business for future purchases! They might be a small town dealership, but they have a huge heart for their customers! My daughter could not be happier!”
