I would like to give 5 star review for this Storage facility. They were courteous , patient, and kind. We had an outdoor space for our Jet Skis and when we came to pick them up they popped out to ensure it was us. That was going above and beyond what I was expecting. Great Job!

I'm having to move this week and start over after a 25 yr relationship and they didn't have one at first but when I called back yesterday they came up with one just in time. Nicole Talley called me right back and told me it was mine. I have been here this morning and Nicole and Deonta have been getting everything done and have both just made everything very easy. Thanks so much for helping me through this by having a storage ready. Great people..great place

We are using AA Self Storage onsite storage. They were very helpful in getting the size storage container we needed. The office staff is very helpful and the delivery team is top notch. I highly recommend them for your onsite storage needs.

The staff were extra friendly and the ladies were always polite and sweet. They always answered questions that I need answer and if they didn’t know the answer right way they would call me back with it in a reasonable manner. The only issue I had was trying to make payments online. But I always called or went by to make payments.They always inform you on changes that they have made. Love the ladies that work there. Aa storage in south hill va rocks.

Extremely nice storage facility with above average security measures. The location is easily accessible with respectable hours of operation. The staff has always been friendly & helpful and they've done a top-notch job at keeping the premises clean and well-maintained for the year that I've been a customer so far. Not only would I recommend, I've already been doing so for a while now.

I’m a traveler and I called AA self storage to see if I can charge my electric vehicle I seen online it said for customers only but when I called the sweetest lady named Melissa told me to come over and charge my car. I just wanted to give you all this review just in case you are a traveler as well and need to charge your car. If you have an electric vehicle, this is the place to come and they have other locations as well, very friendly staff. I will be stopping by again on my way back just because of the customer service and of course the charging dock
