We had been searching for a small 4 Dr. truck in good shape. We searched everywhere and found a few that we wanted that just didn't work out for us. The first time we went to VAcars Chester I was not happy. The prices were a little steep for us. They had worked hard on the prices, knowing how sick I've been . Daniel our sales rep., Was a great guy! He was very kind and understanding. I woke up the next morning and asked my husband to take me back to look at the truck again, at VAcars Chester . We asked to see Daniel because he was such a great guy. We worked out everything and off we were off with our new Nissan Frontier. We've has it a couple of weeks and we are so happy with it. If you ate ever in need of a new vehicle, I highly suggest you go to VAcars in Chester. Don't forget to ask for Daniel. You won't regret it.Kyle and Loretta Felts

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⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AND A FEW THUMBS UP TRI CITY TAKE YOUR CAR NEEDS TO VA CARS AND I PUT MONEY ON THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE AWESOME.....THANKS TO TH WHOLE TEAM TH MASON FAMILY
