I made a mistake in telling Kim what I needed for my 5th wheel hitch. When I showed up they quickly determined something wasn’t right and sprang into action. A quick phone call and road-trip to correct my mistake and I was able to get my install done on the same day! Awesome customer service! Highly recommend!
