Josh with Space Walk of Richmond was amazing! Set up was quick and easy because of all of the tips Josh gave. We knew exactly what to look before before we had any issues. We apparently bit off more than we could chew because myself and my husband could not load it back into our truck ourselves after the party. It was HEAVY! Josh sent his men the next day and took care of it for us. Very pleased with the phenomenal customer service. Best prices and customer service you can find in this area. Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience with Space Walk. We rented the castle and they came and set up the bounce so quickly. The attendant even cleaned and sanitized the inside before he left. Prompt removal once the rental period was over. You simply can't beat their pricing and customer service! Thank you Josh and young guy that set up! You put the cherry on top of our Christmas!

This was my first time using this company they were amazing, great customer service. We rented the Bounce Castle with dual slides with pool the kids had a blast and I did too. I will be renting again very soon. And would recommend to family and friends.

I originally contacted this company for a water slide they gave me their price and I compared with others around however due to this being a last minute I HAVE to do this party on a limited budget I went with another company sent my apologies and thanked him for his AMAZING customer service..long story short....I co tatted this company BACK well....because the company that was going to give me a better price were JERKS!!! I would rather have much better customer service and pay extra money than to be treated the way I was being treated and it was rude! SPACEWALK of NK if the UTMOST PROFESSIONAL and respectful WILL use them again!!!!!!!

Very professional, had a wide variety of slides to choose from, much more than their competitors, and wonderful customer service. Worth the price, you will not be disappointed!
