This is by far the worst place to buy anything!! After spending well over a grand for a chair that doesn’t even work these people have yet to fix it in over a month!!!! We’ve never gotten to use it!!! They never return the calls and continue to just say we’re working on it when you can finally get ahold of someone!!! It’s really sad that they sale to older people and take advantage of them! Do NOT buy here. Save your money!!!

I ordered the Perfect Sleep Chair for my dad, who is paralyzed on the left side. After delivery, my dad was moved into the chair with assistance because he can't transfer on his own. The chair is too wide to use with a sit-stand lift, which is how my mom has to transfer him. The sit-stand lift can get him half-way back on the seat, but not all the way. My mom is unable to get him all the way back in the seat on her own. In addition to that issue, even when he is back all the way to begin with, he slides out of the chair because he cannot hold himself back. This chair is a hazard to my dad. I called FirstStreet the following day to discuss the issues and tell them I needed to return it. The customer service rep was not kind. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me they didn't have one there at that time and I'd have to call back the next day but he recommended that I just sell the chair on my own. I spoke with another rep the following day, who was very kind. The no return policy was explained again. This policy says it can't be returned due to color, comfort, or size. None of which are the issue. The issue is that it is a safety hazard for my dad. After sitting in the chair for less than 2 hours, my mom had to call people to come over to help get him back into his old chair so he would not fall on the floor. The only thing FirstStreet is willing to do is refund $200 on a $2000 chair. It is a slap in the face. We now have an unusable chair taking up space in our house until we can figure how to get rid of it and credit card debt because of the cost of the chair and my parents' fixed income.

This company is the absolute worst!! Do not order from them! Ordered a stand up walker for my 94 year old mom and after it didn’t arrive, called them. Waited on the phone over 1/2 hour to be told the color was back ordered! Called again a week later to cancel and was told I couldn’t because it’s on its way. Also was told they will not reimburse the full amount! Customer service the pits!! They also charge over 400$ MORE than Amazon. I called AARP and complained, since they advertise in AARPs magazine! Buyer BEWARE!!!

DO NOT BUY, This place is a scam, and a fraud. Specs for the WoW Computer are under 200 dollars at most, and they're charging seniors over 1000 dollars, Do not let your loved ones be fooled by these scammers.

My mother was shipped a tray table which she didn't orderCustomer service told her she made an order on June 19, 2020. The only call wasn't to send back a phone handset that was incompatible to base mount system. I will return the item sent but not ordered. Jake Meacham was the person who implemented the sale of the tray table.

Just gotta love all the employees boosting the rating on this place... they sell scam products. The WOW computer is a freaking joke and is just taking advantage of people who know nothing about computers. You’re selling old hardware for the price of a MacBook basically. Can’t wait for this place to shut down. Also who wants to bet they told/forced the employees to leave positive reviews?

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have had 2 Human Touch massage chairs. Both were excellent and massaged my lower back up to my shoulders. When I saw an Ad in AARP, I thought I would try this brand. That was my first mistake. This chair did not work as advertised or intended, its noisy and is a waste of money. So I called customer service for a refund and to return the product. I have gotten the run around and no resolution! They advised me they do not accept returns. This was not written in the advertising! My credit card company requested a refund and this company would not agree. I am a Senior on a fixed income and this chair is part of the therapy for my back pain. I am out $2000+ and still awaiting the service person to show up over 2 months. I will be calling the BBB and FCC. I hope First Street for Boomers and Beyond Inc. will make this situation right. I miss my Human Touch chair and the professionalism and integrity of their company. Thank you

"Innovative products for seniors and their caregivers" is their tag line and it's one stop shopping. Every interaction I've had with firstSTREET has been helpful. My family gives me gifts from their online store all the time because it's so easy to order for me there. If you have vision problems, their Balance Spectrum lights are amazing!

I had to cancel a chair I ordered for my husband as he passed away before I received it. Customer service was great about it.A few months later I decided to buy one for myself. I was hesitant because I had never bought furniture without trying it first. I am glad I did. I bought the Fern color microfiber and love the color. It is so comfortable. I like that it sits higher than a regular recliner. I do not need the lift feature but it will be nice in the event I do.The only negative I might mention is that you need to provide two 9 volt batteries as they do not come with it. Most people don’t have that size readily available and you need them in order to make sure the chair works before delivery people leave. It would be nice if sales person advised to have these available when purchasing,
