Just bought a car here. The product specialist, Jordan Floyd, was very knowledgeable and explained the ins and outs of my new car as well as answering all the questions I had. He was incredibly helpful and fun to talk with! Tiffany and Steve were wonderful as well! Overall a welcoming environment and a great experience!

This was our second great experience with CMA Colonial Kia. We bought a Kia Forte for my daughter through Tiffany the internet sales manager. That process was smooth and easy. She was a pleasure to work with.When we arrived, they had the car prepped and cleaned and ready to go with a bow on top. Jordan was the product specialist and walked us thoroughly through the inner workings of the car and made the process fun and answered every question we had. What a great personality he has.Steve in financing made that part easy as well and it didn’t take long at all.Overall, another great transaction which is why we are repeat customers! Highly recommend this dealership!

Had my car inspected here and was told I need a $900 repair to the steering tack in order for it to pass. Went to another shop and they told me there were no issues with the power steering. Not to be trusted.

Brought my brand new car in for a leaking windshield. Picked it up dirty after being told it was sent through the car wash, with a newly cracked windshield, and sealant everywhere after nearly three weeks of zero communication. Worst service department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unfortunately Google won't let me rate any lower.

After visiting the service center and paying almost $500, they let me drive off with a faulty brake switch. If they had performed the multi-point inspection like I asked (and they say they do) they would have seen that my brake lights did not work. Now, I had to pay someone else to find out why my car would not switch from the park position.I've taken my car to them for 6 years and this is the third incident where after paying for a service, I drove off from an appointment and my car still had issues.They constantly try to upcharge me for things I dont need (telling me my brakes and rotors need to be replaced, but when I go back, another tech will say they are fine) yet won't fix things that are actually wrong with my car.Not to mention when I call to make them aware of the situation, they left me on hold and then wouldn't answer when I called back.Highly dissatisfied and I feel like they put my children's and my life in danger- because what else are you not fixing...

Call 1/12/24 spoke will NJ Native Billy and ensured me that he was going to put us in the hands of one of his Top Saleman named Jordan who then I spoke with and explained the needs. He set the appt up and we came in to talk to him he knows KIA answered every questions displayed and exemplary amount of respect during the entire process, GM Chris was awesome and show found out the need and assist Jordan on finishing the sale, Steve made the process of signing paper work flawless. I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism, kindness and willingness to put the customer at ease. Job well done KIA staff thank you for all you did today Kenny & Cindy
