My husband and I worked with Logan to buy a new car. We went in last night to test drive a car but had made a mistake regarding the car we were test driving and that ended up not being an option. Logan and her boss worked so hard to help us find another option within our budget and were so kind as to give us some money off on different car to get it in our budget. They were fantastic and also tolerated our screaming baby while taking care of us! I highly recommend them, specifically Logan!

Went in to take a look at a new car, plan was to test drive and consider purchasing from a dealer back home. However, went into CMA and was greeted and treated so well I ended up purchasing a new vehicle the customer service was amazing. Jordan listen to my ideas and what I wanted and make sure That I would be fully accommodated. The entire experience Was great from initial to finance to the vehicle customer. I recently purchased my first 2025 Kia Carnival minivan from CMA Colonial Kia, and I have to say, the experience was surprisingly pleasant! I typically dread car shopping, but this time, it didn't feel terrible at all. The entire team (my rep was Armani) was friendly and professional, and I never felt pressured throughout the process. Fantastic customer service at Colonial Kia in Chester. We happened to be in Richmond for family and decided to take our DC car there for the EV Battery safety plug recall - SC 341. Kia thought that the fix would take an hour and a half or two but the dealership thought it might take a bit longer as they had to take the battery down to do the fix. We were fine with this because we thought it might take a day or two. But it took over two weeks. They did give us a loaner and folks were extremely responsive and kind - especially Sidney who kept us informed by text. Also Ron, the service manager was super helpful when I called him at 2 weeks - he personally went out there to find what the issue was and fixed it immediately so we got our car back. So I would give them 5 stars for communication, quality of service and responsiveness but mayeb 2 or 3 stars for the time it took for what was supposed to be a relatively simple fix. I understand though that this may have been the first time they did this and it was a new recall fix so it took longer - still felt they were a bit overwhelmed. We were told the leak check would be done and then the service tech had to get ev certified one day, and another day they had too large a volume of cars etc - so that was frustrating.
