I was very upset with the communication, I wasn’t told Saturday 12/23 that the cashier leaves before 6pm and I wasn’t able to get my truck back that day and I had to wait until Tuesday 12/26 to get my truck back from the dealership! I wanted to speak with a manager and he wasn’t available until next year to speak with him.

This was a great experience! We have always gone to Pearson for service but they have gone down hill. So we figured we would try Colonial Hyundai. From the staff to the service, it was worth it certainly worth the drive.

I was told it would take one to one and a half hours for a simple oil change. After two hours I went up to the desk to see if they were almost done. The girl tells me they’re running late and they have not even taking my car in yet. I had three other appointments scheduled that I had to cancel Because an oil change took four hours! Then on the way home, I noticed the low air in the tire symbol on my dashboard. I called them up and they said can I come back and it would only take about 10 minutes. I was halfway home, which is an hour away . The service department is a mess! When you call the dealership, they ask if you want service or sales and then they’re gone. Service never picks up but asked you to leave a voicemail message. They never return your call. It was the worst experience ever , especially with me needing back surgery and in pain and my daughter needing to go to the children’s Hospital for her migraines. They just kept on saying they’re sorry. It would’ve been nice if someone said at one hour or one and a half hours that they were running behind , nothing! They said nothing. It would be less time consuming and probably cheaper after everything is said, and done to go to Jiffy Lube. This place had a new facelift, but it’s worse than ever. Just not the same!

I have not been there in a while since new construction. Had oil and filter changed. Didn’t take too long. Customer service cordial gave me pricing that I asked for. Waiting Area comfortable and they give you snacks, drinks and coffee.

They had us in and out in 35 minutes for our inspection. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Jessica was very nice and helpful.

Your customers service team was friendly and knowledgeable about the services that needed to be done and the wait was not long., they shared snacks overall it was a pleasant first time experience.

Service department took me right in to take care of the two recall issues. Had the security update done and the underside rust proof. Very comfortable place to have to wait lots of snacks and coffee and comfortable chairs. Staff is very friendly. Always love the free car wash and the use of the vacuum after service is complete. I love my Hyundai Elantra!

Thank you to Jessica for being so kind and helping me get in my car at the service center! I had drove 35 minutes out but didn’t realize I scheduled the appointment for tomorrow but they got me in pretty quickly for not having an appointment. Great customer service

From the moment I arrived, everything was prepared and explained to me by Jessica. She was amazing. I was shown to the waiting area, she contacted me when there was an unexpected charge, and let me know as soon as my vehicle was finished. Jessica gave me her card when I complained of the time it took to get an appointment online and said I could call or email her directly next time. Great experience, friendly and helpful staff, and I received a free car wash. Thanks.

I purchased a new vehicle from CMA Hyundai. They were super easy to deal with, no pressure sales, very courteous and customer focused. This was a much more pleasant experience than I have had in the past when buying a car.

I had an appointment set up for Monday morning the 27th at 9 AM after having discussed what the issue is with my car and how it relates to a technical service bulletin. I called Monday afternoon and left a message asking for an update; I got no reply. I called Tuesday morning and was told they had not gotten to the car yet because people had called out and they would call that afternoon with an update. They did not. I called Wednesday and was told they would not work on the car because the code had been cleared and it was Hyundai policy not to work on cars that did not have an active code, regardless of the fact that my mechanic had to turn the code off to test it himself before recommending I take it to Hyundai. This means I have to drive a car that may have something wrong with it and hope that it doesn’t activate the sensor and go into limp mode with the transmission again, leaving me, or my wife stranded. It would have been nice to have known this Monday morning since they had had the car since the previous Tuesday and knew what the problem was going in regardless of the code or not. I also believe there is a record of codes that have appeared in a car’s past in its computer and they could have done the research to verify that code. The only reason this is one star and not zero is because the people I spoke with when I picked up my car Wednesday night tried to go above and beyond to create some sort of connection to keep in touch about this issue.

CMA Hyundai never lets me down! The staff is always professional and courteous. I'm in/ out in good time. They updated me on maintenance needed for my car ( which was much appreciated) and the service didn't take long nor cost alot. I feel safer on the road knowing car is good to go!!!!
