I’ve leased/ purchased several Hyundai’s since 2010 . Unfortunately , I made the mistake of purchasing through another local dealer. After horrible service and difficulty scheduling an appointment , I drive over 30 minutes to have my vehicles serviced at this Hyundai location. They’ve fit me in same day before . I’ve never had to wait very long even when I select the drop of service. They have a beautiful newer waiting area. The staff keep you informed about how long your wait will be, what is needed, and what is recommended. Then you get a complimentary car wash! I’ll never get my Hyundai serviced anywhere else. Cannot be more happy !

Wasted an entire morning and they didn’t even have the part needed to fix my car. They claimed they didn’t know before my appointment. Make sure to call before your appointment because they won’t check or communicate with you beforehand.

My visit to Colonial Hyundai for routine maintenance went smoothly. The car was taken at the appointment time and the work was completed in the time frame suggested by the service representative. As always, the service personnel are attentive to the customer's needs and are courteous . It’s a long drive for me to get to the service department, but well worth it.
