I think you can park outside. Appt was at 9pm arrived like 7:45 done by 8:30pm. Check in and out with guard.

Staff is great. Getting into the docks or parking spots inside the gate is tight. Overnight parking is allowed outside the gate near the main drive thru street. Normally pretty quiet. Loading can take some time so be ready for that.

Nice guard but I had an 04:00 appt. Showed up at 03:00. Just now getting a green light at noon. Would not return in the future. Does have overnight parking though

Slow. Has overnight parking before guard shack,about only good thing here.I heard they were moving from colonial height to Williamsburg,maybe they will be more efficient

Pathetic excuse of a place. ALMOST 24 HOUR TO ACTUALLY UNLOAD TRAILER, I DONT CARE IF SYSTEMS ARE DOWN, OR YOUE BACKUP WITH WORKERS ETC.... NO RIGHT TO MAKE SOMEONE WAIT ALMOST A FULL DAY. MANAGMENT IS TRASH!!!

Unbelievable, I am here over 24 hours waiting for to get unloaded, I arrived two hours before appointment time. I couldn’t understand. They told me they having computer issues. I will never come back here. Bad experience!

Reviews about long loading times are correct. After reading the reviews, I contacted the broker and asked about any complaints they had about this shipper.The broker said they have not had many complaints and should only take two hours to get loaded. After eight hours of waiting for the shipper to START LOADING, I know they were lying.I arrived here 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment 1830 yesterday (4/12). It is now 0330 the following day (4/13), and they just started loading the trailer. Delivery will now have to be rescheduled.I am not ever coming here again unless I need to take a break longer than 10 hours. If your experience is like mine you will probably understand why the gate looks the way it does.

The worst place ever DONT DO IT, if you booked a load CANCEL IT. I've done 1 delivery and 2 different picks. After 7 hours of waiting and missing my delivery time I had to cancel one and the other one took 11 hours to get me loaded. I'm never going back there. The delivery wasn't bad 3 hours to unload but still wouldn't give them my time.

Place is just terrible slow. Appointment was for 5pm and didn’t get a dock door until 5:20am. But I didn’t get unloaded until 3:15pm-3:20pm. They was so focus on outbound load that they didn’t care for inbound loads. Like D***, you will waste time at this location. The broker-company better pay extra cause you will be waiting n doing a 10hour break. (Was the first one at the dock door for live unload but was the 4th one to leave)

Worse place ever!I spent 12hrs waiting to be loaded. Left that stupid place empty.They don't care if you have an appointment. As long as they have their own trailers to load they won't even bother loading other trailers.Respect yourself and do not come here.

Don’t understand why they have appointment times. Driver gets there on time and still not loaded within two hours ridiculous. I don’t know who’s running this place but they need go back to school and learn how to manage. Scale is raggedy, minimum space to maneuver, the loads don’t pay enough for the time wasted here. So no I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully someone will read these reviews and make some changes.

THE WORST MANAGAMENT THERE IN THAT WAREHOUSE!!!My driver had 8am delivery appointment, and he checked in at 7.45am. They gave him a dock for unloading at 3pm, and he got empty next day at 10.45am!!! Me and my driver talked many times with the security guy there, and he was kind enough to give us updates, but almost all updates were that the were understaffed, unexperienced unloader that is taking very long time to unload trucks, and poor management!!!Don't bother to go there, unless you need to do a restart there, and have plenty of time to kill!Anheuser-Busch at that location is very poorly managed!

I even don’t wanna give one star to this facility. They took almost 15 hours to load my truck and they have no bathroom facility. Definitely they believe drivers are not human being. Always think 1000 tine before picking load from here. I will prefer to park my truck at truck stop and enjoy my day but never come again here.

Avoid this place. Check inn 1pm 12/15/22 Appointment was set for 2pm got a door at 7pm at 10pm I had enough they can keep it. No respect for driver. I left with no load. There is no way I was getting stuck with this load for the weekend. Appointment was set at 5am 12/16/22 500 miles away on a Friday. You make the call.
