Worst customer service in south boston va. The manager wouldn't help with our phone that didn't work. And also wouldnt give us account nunber because we were switching accounts. Cedric the manager. Is the worst help ever.

Wife goes in to buy new iphone and asks to keep her old number on new iphone . They give her new iphone, but sell her on adding new different number as 2nd line but promise new phone will work with that previous phone number. Walk out of store with new phone and the phone number does not work from previous phone rather only the new phone number works on new phone we did not want. Spent a week dealing with issue, had to go back in for hour to fix. Bad experience. Verizon help please….

Quick and knowledgeable service, but they severely overcharge for accessories. They tried to charge $65 for Liquid Glass screen protector when it sells for $30 elsewhere. All the accessories were at least 2x the price, some 4x, of other vendors. Upgrade your phone here, but bring your own extras.
