The staff here has been most helpful of all the branches I have visited. Very Efficient, Attentive and have always solved any issues I have had. That said, issue with New Home phone still not fixed. New home phone will not ring my cell phone as if it were blocked and it is not. Only way home can reach me is calling a 3rd party. Have them call me and then I call home. 2 hours with tech last night after the new box was connected resulted in being told I need a new cell phone which I doubted but bought one anyway and still same problem.62 mile round trip and all I got was to spend more money. Everyone at all tiers I have dealt with were fantastic but the new upgrade home phone system SUCKS.

So far so good. I live in the county and have tried every other internet service available to me. US Cellular is the only one that works. I was settling for losing connection 10+ times a day and only ever had around 3gb down with a 100 gb limit per month. With US Cellular I haven't had a down time in almost a month and I'm now able to work from home. That in itself saves me 400 + a month in gas and office rental. Thank you US Cellular.
