I'll save the long negative review for another day. one highlight though was our sales person Joe who got the deal done and couldn't have been better with communicating and hearing our needs. He was less of a salesman than he was just someone looking to help people out and give them a good experience buying a used car. Perhaps something that other salespeople should take a note from his book. Joe is the man.

I have to say Mark is a good man with a big heart. He trying pulling strings everywhere he could to put my boyfriend and i in a car bc we didnt have a car was relaying on others. Tony was an amazing sales man also they was very understanding determined, and made it possible. I dont know how to put in words how much i appreciate them.

With only one payment to go before my car is paid off, I decided to do the American thing, and go buy another car ?Terry's is one of the many small dealerships in town, and hubby spied a Cadillac he liked.I drive a compact Honda Fit, which I adore, but the passenger seat is very uncomfortable especially on long road trips. I bought my daughter a Caddy for her 16th birthday, and it was a very comfortable ride. The mileage is low, and so is the price, so why not right?The salesman was nice, and not pushy at all. There's nothing worse than an overzealous used car salesman to harsh your mellow. It was refreshing to browse, and not be hounded with a salesman up my back end.The car hadn't even been detailed yet as it was a brand new arrival, but he let us view it anyway.They have a decent variety of used cars, andhonestly, I found most of the prices pretty reasonable. I like to shop local when I can, and support the community. I'm not 100% sure, and still browsing, but I do forsee a very comfy ride in my future.

Terrible place to go kept my vehicle 11 days just to put on brake lines n then 4 months later they went out again 400$ down the drain !

I purchased a used vehicle on July 7th, 2023. A month to the day later, the air conditioner stopped working, which was quite frustrating. I made an appointment with the service department, and the mechanic got it working again in about 2 hours. There was no charge for the work that was done.On August 26th, the AC went out again. The service department was closed, but I reported the issue to the general manager, who advised me to call the service department on Monday. On Thursday I took the vehicle back in for repairs. It took about 2 hours, but the AC is now working again (knock wood).As for the buying process, it was rather lengthy, but everyone was friendly and professional. I was rather disappointed that the vehicle was missing a buyer's guide and owner's manual, but I was able to find a manual online. I also felt a bit rushed through the paperwork, as I was left with several questions once I left the dealership.In conclusion, It is very frustrating to buy a vehicle that has repeat problems within 2 months of purchase, but the service department has been very helpful.

Brent and the staff were great to work with. He knew what I wanted and made it happen. Financing was easy and they worked with my budget. Would most definitely recommend to my friends.

Don't ever take your car here they will take your money to repair something then fail your car inspection a week later for having the thing they supposedly repaired being broken. These people are all dirty scammers.

I brought my fiance to get a car the same day I planned to get one. They got her a deal first and worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. However the manager promised to have their dent person to take out the dent that was on the trunk when I bought it. (2019 Volkswagen Jetta) It's almost 6 months later and I haven't back from him. He also failed to mentioned Terry's of South Boston can only do very minor things for my type of car. I don't live in Lynchburg, VA I live in South Boston and have been bringing my vehicles to them to fix on for over 2 years now! ??

The best service team in the area!! Fast pleasant service. The service staff is exceptional!!
