BEWARE! Sarah is very rude and doesn’t care about her customers well being! She does what she wants to do and doesn’t deliver service as expected. She doesn’t answers questions when asked and that’s very rude! That’s what I get for trying to support local black business! Sisters do better!! Exactly why I will be taking my coins back to Lynchburg to B&b hair braiding, because BB would never!!

Highly recommend this place. I had a small misunderstanding with the owner but she was very professional enough to make it right and that is what customer service is about. They do a great job with styles and I receive lots of compliments.

First time going to her and I was very disappointed. Seems like she pushes her hairstyle she wants to do on you instead of listening to what the customer wants. Then she blames her customer for not going into more detail about the style you tried to explain to her you wanted. I don't recommend this place. My experience was horrible. I even asked if she could cut my hair because the length was way to long and she said no! I was in shock because it should be what the customer wants. I showed her a picture of the style not aware she uses two lengths of hair. I'm use to other salons just cutting the excess hair making the length to my liking. And I also told her that the hair she was using wasn't going to work on my 4C hair but she swore up and down it would but after 15 days of this hairstyle my natural hair started showing really bad. So I had to end up taking it down. After that experience I'm never going there again. Just thought to give her a try since she was closer but I think I'll stick with my regular braiders I'm use too.Service: Hair extensions

Very welcoming and definitely will go back to get my braids done from here on out. Very fast service only 4 1/2 hours she didn't even stop to take a break and made sure I was ok during the long sitting. Even her customers were very friendly and made conversation. Highly recommend!

I wanted and paid for Senegalese twist and got box twistthey did like 10% of my hair which are just my edges in the front how it supposed to be but 90% of my hair was medium size box twist didnt know until I went home and was about to style my hair. I did call she wanted me to come back the next at at 2 then text me at 1:20 pm yo come at a later time. I wish I could post pictures to show you guys what I mean.
