This would be my 10th year but I don't know if I'll continue being with them, they charge alot and been getting the Christmas bonus but not this year? So confusing, but I do like the person who's filed my taxes very lovely lady.

Not even one star....My information was entered incorrectly and I'm having to ID verify because of it....can't get anyone on the phone with the IRS....not happy....the only reason I came in was because my husband passed a few months ago and I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly with my taxes this year...I do not need this headache

The service at jackson hewitt was great but last year I was able to get the go big advanced refund. This year I got back way more and was only approved for $500. My husband and I have been a customer for years and this has never happened before.
