Horrible customer service, no one trying to help they just standing around. Manager had a nasty attitude and stood at the register waiting to be waited on while she talked on her phone not acknowledging us and when she finally got off she was bothered that we interrupted her phone conversation and totally took her time and never spoke a word to us by telling us our total or anything. Need to hire better employees if you want business.

I went in there looking for a 29 inch baseball bat for my son. We took it to practice that same night only to find out it was a softball bat. It cost $35 for a hard working parent. I was there the next day at 9:55am right before they opened and the same gentleman who rang me up was there and he remembered me but said unfortunately could not exchange it since I had of course removed the plastic around it. Why can't your store people be trained to better tell me, hey that's a softball bat. It was evident since I only have 1 boy, we told them what we needed and that's the bat they picked to show as a candidate to buy. I'm beyond upset. It is not cheap and now I can't even buy my son another bat. The kids in his team are making fun of him because of that bat and calling him names. It's a shame Hibbets can't train their employees better to make recommendations. Not only to mention that I was the only one in the store with my family. It's not like anyone was rushed. I'm never shopping their again. That's why people rather order from Amazon. At least there I get guidance of what kind of bat it is.

Not a big selection of shoes. Clothes are a touch on the younger wild side look. Super nice workers(2). They really need some help tye wait time is extended.

Never shopping here again. How about a fitting room to try stuff on before you dont allow returns. Worst environmental music while trying to shop.

Every time I go in not only this store but any other Hibbett Sports the employees stand over and watch you as you shop... they don’t give you any privacy nor do they let you shop in peace it’s very rude and lack of personal space....

The Manager, GeLinda, is not helpful at all. She's got some strange chip on her shoulder. She was frowning and nasty both times I went in the store. She doesn't know me, but from the moment I smiled and said Hello, it was like I'd burnt her house down or something. Horrible customer service from her the first time I purchased my item and then again when I went to return it. She actually spent more effort trying NOT to provide customer service. I remained calm and smiling. She told me I had to bring her my credit card statement. (?? that's a new one on me) I just wanted a refund for an item that I had an electronic receipt for and the tags were still on the item I purchased from her 4 days earlier. I ended up having to calmly call Customer Support from my cell while in the store to get my issue resolved. When I asked her (again calmly) why she didn't think to do that - to problem-solve with me. She said "We don't have a number for customer support" (of course they do) - then she said "Well even if we do have a number, it's after hours" (it's 24 hour support) - then she said "We don't know what questions to ask". At this point I just had to shake my head and laugh. I literally provided myself my own customer service in front of her and she was still resistant. The punch line... The very last part she said as she was looking at her computer system... "See, I told you I can't give you a refund, it says here I can only give you Cash or an In-store reimbursement" (Wow! I'm not sure she heard her own words). It's really pretty bad when someone in a retail customer service position tries so hard to be resistant that they can't see through their own discontent. My reply? I'll take the cash. It was only the exact thing I was asking for from the start of this ridiculous exchange. I will not be returning. The younger staff are good people.
