Purchased 4 Sway chairs. In under 2 years the thread of the seams on the fabric seats began to decompose and come apart. (These chairs were not exposed to any salt water and we do not live near ocean.) Gloster customer service asked for photos and returned a note saying their "factory says it looks like normal wear and tear." The fabric seams have since all fallen apart making theses very expensive chairs completely unusable. When I offered to install new fabric on the seats myself if they sent me replacements they told me I could purchase new fabric for ~$300 per chair. They clearly do not stand by their products. My question to them is simply: Are your chairs meant to last just two years under "normal wear and tear?" They have lost my business and my recommendation.

It's a good place to work and some of the people are ok I just go in to do my job get paid and leave

Unbelievable customer service and belief in their product. This company backs their product and the quality in a way that I have never seen another company do. I am very frustrated with my Gloster outdoor patio furniture. They advertise that this furniture is meant to be kept out year round. Well I live in Manhattan Beach, California where our weather is very mild and yet my woven plantation dinning chairs have cracked and come completely unbraided on the back. I was just going to accept that as wear and tear but last week the glass on the plantation dinning table completely exploded into a million pieces all over my yard. Thank goodness my children were not home at the time. They could have been seriously hurt as the glass chunks went all over our yard and I still can not get them out of the grass. I am very disappointed in this patio set.

Sorry, this is more than a month and a half since I last heard from Gloster, and they did NOT follow through on doing what they said they would do. In summary, I would rate their furniture as five stars, and their customer service as one star. That makes three? Taking it down to two stars just because that's how I am!
