Great Service. I broke down at a customers house and had to call for a tow through my insurance company. Little Johnny's showed up on time, and instead of towing my truck away the driver ran some diagnostics on my vehicle and found that my starter was bad. He helped me get up and running and sent me on my way. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him in the future. Thanks guys!

The worst customer service ever. And the prices are highway robbery!! The older guy tried to overcharge me to cash a check when his prices are clearly stated, then caught an attitude when I tried to show him that my type of check fell into his pricing guide. He proceeded to get an attitude and refused service. I’m happy that he did because I wasn’t about to pay him $40 for something that only cost $20 per his posted pricing

My family and I, on our way from NY to NC, and our AC broke... and it's 95 degrees! Luckily I found a very honest mechanic who helped us on the spot! Very grateful! Love this guy! Thank you!!!!

My husband blew a tire this morning. Little John's beat every other local heavy duty grade price by $30 per tire! They went the extra mile (30 miles) to tow it (it needed all new tires to pass inspection for a reason) and inspect it by the end of the day! They beat other prices that only included tires WITH a 30 mile tow! Best service around, hands down! Thanks to Little John's our family of 8 has a vehicle that fits all of us (plus 2 dogs) and we didn't have to miss any holiday plans this weekend!

You may have to wait a bit for inspections or tire changes but this is one of the best places I've been to so far who does great work at decent prices. They also fix cars at decent prices

Highly recommend. They picked up my car while I was at work and handled everything which saved me a lot of time. Professional employees and they also use full synthetic oil which is a nice bonus.

My wife and I broke down on the side of 81 almost in Wythville. We were almost 3 hours away from home. I called little John's full service and asked if he could come get us and tow my car home. He got there a few hours later with a car for us to drive home. Keep in mind that im in a wheelchair. Bringing that car with him for us to drive home was a tremendous help!! This was on a Wednesday. He took my car to the shop and replaced the alternator knock on the door at 9:50 pm Friday night. It was Billy bringing my car home. You don't find many mechanics that loyal to their customers these days! Thanks so much for y'alls help and quick service little John's full service!!
