Needs to do more investigation into the shady place they have cleaning their building. They do not provide gloves for employees. They will pay the employees and then do a stop payment on the check a few days later. The duster they use to wipe everything down is old and dirty, and rags are used several times before washed, also the broom is old as dirt. If you are going to give a company a cleaning contract at least do random checks on the supply closet, and make sure they pay their employees. Owner tells you to pretend to spray the chairs for the camera. With covid going around make sure the cleaning company is at least some good. No wonder they can’t keep employees. They don’t know how to treat them.

I just closed an account with Wells Fargo that had been open since 1988.The last straw was a transaction that was canceled at the commissary and a credit issued to my app before I left the parking lot.The credit stayed on my app for two days then disappeared while they processed the debit transaction so they could charge an overdraft fee if $35.They border on illegal and I'm extremely relieved to be done with them.They required 10 debits a month to have a free account and suggest that you get them by mid month to avoid a $14 fee.Im free now!

This must be the slowest driveThrough line I’ve ever been to!! Waited 20 minutes just to deposit cash!! Think manager needs to hire new tellers they are very nice but we all have better things to do!!

I thought you needed to know math to work for a bank? I have first hand witnessed a teller not being able to correctly count money. Im glad the customer did the right thing and correted the teller! Secondly this is the WORST branch I have ever dealt with! They make up their own Wells Fargo policy, because apparently thats a thing? What 100 other branches will do, they won't. I will be gladly driving 30 minutes out of Smithfield and out of my way from now on just to get better service at another wells fargo location. FYI: Those lollipops aren't for the customers, they're a "reward" for the retards working behind the counter.
