Such a helpful and nice lady! While her particular post office couldn't help us with registered mail, she did take the time to patiently and fully explain our options and what we needed to do. She directed us to the Main Street office where we were well taken care of. We came from NN specifically to the Smithfield post offices as they had a great reputation and she definitely lived up to it. Exceptional customer service!

Rude customer service, their female cashier that was there today 31/7 really need training. I went there trying to support local business, but from now on I will carry our business to Do it Center or Lowes.

At first I thought Google had the directions wrong, but no there is a post office and True Value Hardware. The postal worker was extremely helpful and friendly.
