I have been in this store 3 times to drop off Amazon returns. All three times I was greeted with an attitude. If I ever need to mail something I won't be using here.

I booked an appt for Livescan fingerprinting at this location and paid online. I attempted to call multiple times to double-check everything with no answer. I drove the hour each way and when I walked in, the girl at the desk was texting on her phone. I said I had a Livescan appt and she nonchalantly told me it was broken and said it "shouldn't have let me book." No apology or anything even after I told her I drove an hour each way and seemed quite annoyed, even when I asked if she knew when it'd be back up. Her response was she "wasn't even supposed to work this weekend." Not sure why that matters to the situation? It would've been nice if they could at least answer their phone, considering she was texting when I walked in and literally no one was there. Waste of time and gas.
There is one other UPS location about an hour from me in VB and I had a COMPLETELY different and great experience there getting it done. Employees were very responsive in answering phone and also in-person and helpful. If you need Livescan fingerprinting done in the area, visit the VB location.

After years of dealing with this owners nasty crotchety attitude, I finally said what it seems many were thinking and told her about herself. I immediately felt so incredibly horrible about it… but she’s needs a reality check. She’s a nasty miserable woman. I usually avoid this location because of it, but sometimes it just made sense location wise. Thankfully I had the BEST experience at the UPS store that I went to instead. Do yourself a favor…. Stay away. As soon as you walk in, it doesn’t matter how nice, quiet, easy going you try to be… she immediately projects her misery on you.

I don’t need to be told about consequences of actions. It’s interesting that’s what your focus was in your response. Not the fact that you’re constantly rude and full of attitude towards people. I had finally had enough of it and called you what you act like. You provide a service and I’d normally be the type of person to buy a role or tape and tell you to keep the rest to pay forward. After sharing my experience and remorse, yet reasoning the consensus is that MANY people feel the same way about you and your location. Thanks for your response and I hope you have the day you deserve.

Older lady has been very unpleasant to friends, family members and myself. Would avoid if possible and go back to a different store.

I have used this UPS store many times in past and never had a problem or an attitude. Today I was waited on by the owner. She was very rude, super short comments that were military like. I see she has a Help Wanted sign in the window and I thinking I know why. She snapped a another lady about where she could put her trash! Not a good service environment. She should take her name tag off if she is going to be unprofessional. Guess I will use another local business going forward.

This store is very convenient and the staff are very helpful. I went to make several copies of my resume and the lady working gave me an ups packing envelope to protect them for free. Definitely will continue to use this place.

Dread having to go to this store for the unwelcoming tone & antagonistic comments. Prefer to drive to Suffolk or Hampton if I have the time, where there is customer service & they are welcoming & friendly & they appreciate the business.

Horrible attitude by the owner herself. If I hadn’t seen her repeated rudeness myself I would not have believed any business owner would act like that to her clients in the small town. A little kindness goes a lot farther for everyone’s day.

This store has always been convenient for me to send a fax, mail a package, and for Amazon returns. Never had an issue with the staff thus far after numerous years of using this location. I’ve always been able to successfully get done what I needed to do.

My printer was down and I had to return a package. The company that sent me the UPS "prepaid label" told me it should only cost about a dollar to have it printed out. I get there and it's $2.95 plus tax. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous for one label. Then I see all this advertisement about Veteran owned establishment and small business what-not. As the wife of a current 27 year and counting active duty personnel we have to watch our pennies and this was very disappointing. I will never return to this location.
