Despite their service requiring an appointment policy, they took my truck in the next day (it was dropped off the night before). I needed a new alternator. They took care of it for a reasonable price and I was on my way! They were prompt and courteous, keeping me informed about the situation with my truck throughout the process. This was the BEST inspection experience I have ever had. They were ready to complete my inspection upon my arrival. They were welcoming and friendly and the waiting area was cozy. EXCELLENT SERVICE all the way around ?Great Job Guys!!! See you next year ?.

Thanks so much to Smithfield Auto & Truck Center. Have only had 2 vehicles inspected here so far and like their professionalism already. I am not able to check after a mechanic works under my car. Thank God I completely trust these guys and have had an honest relationship with them for workmanship, price and consideration for over a decade. Since their move from Smithfield and the trust I place on them I drive 22 minutes each way to have them service my car, and God willing, will continue to do so.

My experience with Smithfield Auto Center was beyond excellent. I am a retired citizen and I have visited several auto repair shops and I have to say that Smithfield Auto Center gave me the best service. I purchased two rear tires for my car and the wait time was remarkable. The staff were professional and pleasant. I plan to continue taking my car needs to them and I will recommend them to others.

I am so thankful that Smithfield Auto made its way into Surry, making getting our vehicles serviced so much more convenient. The guys are a top-notch team, and they always come through with quality work at a fair price. I have visited several times but just was there recently to pick up a vehicle for a friend, and Ashley went above and beyond to solve a payment snafu that was totally my fault. Trusted mechanics and fair prices. True professionals working hard for the customer. I haven’t met a team of craftsmen that are as intelligent as this crew. I will travel 15 miles to get work done on my cars. I had a problem with inspection at a shop in town in Smithfield, and took it to SAT and they saved me $1000. It is hard to find a group of smart guys to offer alternative solutions to your mechanical issues. I highly recommend them for your vehicle problems. I am a loyal customer.
