Uptight attitude, won't greet you when you walk in and even Refused to service me just because she did not want to handle the lizard. I'd call to make sure the owner is there before stopping by.

Love it! Locally owned. Wonderful experience. Is worth the drive from the southern part of Suffolk since I know I can get supplies for my pet rabbit there at a good price. My senior bunny loves the treats I get for her there.

It's not very big and sometimes is closed unexpectedly because it is family-owned and run, but ask the staff any questions about your pets and they will tell you exactly what you need to know. They are super helpful and attentive.

They have a small but nice selection of pet goods. They listen to the customers needs and will even order specifics for you. Their Betta care is reasonable, no small cups like many others.

Love this place. We drive all the way from Poquoson regularly to get Rodent food, live mice, which I buy a lot of. The store is nice & Clean and the animals are well taken care of, which is a Super Plus for me. We bypass 4 other pet stores to get to this one. I think that says plenty. Owners are pretty great as well ?

A nice, small, "mom and pop" pet shop. The service was helpful and the store itself was visually inviting. I especially appreciate the reptile and supply selection.
